军用车辆双质量飞轮设计与减振特性研究

摘    要:利用ADAMS建立某型步兵战车传动系统当量模型,研究双质量飞轮主要参数对发动机扭振衰减效果的影响,得到了双质量飞轮第二、第一飞轮转动惯量比的取值范围以及扭转刚度和阻尼的取值原则,以发动机激励衰减最优为目标,同时优化双质量飞轮3个参数,得到最佳的转动惯量比值为0.612;提出设计周向长弧形弹簧式双质量飞轮的具体方法和步骤,设计出弹性机构不同布置的2种双质量飞轮,并通过仿真计算其减振效果。结果表明:弹簧组布置在减震盘两侧的长弧形弹簧式双质量飞轮的减振效果较好。

Abstract:The driveline dynamics model of some infantry vehicle is established in ADAMS to analyze how the parameters of DMF(Dual Mass Flywheel) affect the damping of vibration of the engine.The range of inertia moment ratio of the second flywheel to the first flywheel and the choice principles of torsion stiffness of arc spring and the damping are determined.The optimal ratio is calculated to be 0.612.The design method of arc spring DMF is summarized.Two kinds of DMF with different spring mechnisms are designed for the target vehicle and simulations are made subsequently to calculate the damping effect.The result shows that the arc spring DMF whose spring group is laid at the two sides of damping disc can reduce the torsion vibration effectively.
