摘    要:介绍了一种新型的内孔热喷涂技术———离心雾化等离子喷涂技术,并阐述了该技术的工作原理和工作过程。通过试验制取了3Cr13涂层和铝涂层,使用扫描电镜、能谱仪和光学显微镜等仪器设备对2种涂层的表面和截面进行观察分析,结果表明,通过该技术制取的涂层具有和传统电弧喷涂层类似的组织结构,并具有氧化物含量低,喷涂粒子大等特点。

Abstract:As a new thermal bore spray process, Centrifugal Atomization Plasma Spray (CAPS) is introduced in this paper. The working principle and process are also expatiated. The 3Cr13 coating and Al coating made by experiment are observed by using SEM, EDS and microscope. Results show that the CAPS coating have lamella coating structure similar to that of the arc sprayed coating, Results also indicate that the oxide content of the CAPS coating is obviously lower and the particle sizes are larger than those of the conventional arc sprayed coating.
