基于响应面法的悬架系统优化研究

摘    要:提出了应用响应面分析履带车辆悬架系统特性的方法。构建了悬架系统特性参数和整车行驶平顺性及可靠性之间的二阶响应面模型,并依据响应面分析结果,进行悬架系统的优化研究。优化结果表明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:A method to analyze suspension characteristic of tracked vehicle using response surface method is described.Second-order response surface model between suspension characteristic parameters and ride dy- namic and reliability of tracked vehicle is established.Suspension optimization study is conducted on the basis of response surface analysis results.The validity of proposed method has been examined through optimization results of tracked vehicle ride dynamic.
