基于PSD器件的深孔直线度检测设计研究

摘    要:通过分析影响深孔直线度的因素、深孔的弯曲形状,以及深孔直线度测量仪器所要求的技术指标,建立了以半导体激光器、PSD和自动定心装置等器材为主的空间深孔直线度检测数学模型,设计了测量空间直线度模型样机的机械、光学、电路等部分,编写了采集数据和计算直线度的软件系统;通过对模型误差和精度的计算,结果表明可以达到较高的精度.

Abstract:In this paper, We analyze the contents including the factor that influence the linearity, the technology of the linearity testing device; we establish the math model of linearity testing that use the means of semi-conductor laser, PSD, and auto-centering device. We design the construction content of mechanical, light and circuit in linearity testing model and process the collecting data and write the software to computer the linearity through calculating the error and accuracy of this system. The study shows that the linearity testing can reach certain requirement.
