数字交流电源在坦克中的应用

摘    要:针对坦克中交流电源变流机存在的质量大、噪音大、效率低等不足,研制了一种采用PWM技术的数字交流电源。系统的升压部分采用高频推挽正激变换技术,逆变部分以DSP为控制核心,采用电压空间矢量算法生成SP-WM波形。实验结果表明:所设计的交流电源体积小、质量小、噪音小、效率高、正弦性好,能满足使用要求。

Abstract:For the AC power converter in tank has the shortcomings of high weight,big noise and low efficiency,a new digital AC power is designed by means of Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) technique.The boosted circuit of the system is designed using high frequency push-pull theoretics;the inversion converter part uses the Digital Signal Processing(DSP) as the control core,which can generate Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation(SPWM) by using Space Vector PWM(SVPWM) technique.The results of experiment show that the AC power has the merits of smaller volume,lighter weight,less noise and higher efficiency,which can meet the requirements of tank in use.
