摘    要:针对装甲机械化部队作战基本流程,分析了部队装备保障基本任务,给出了任务剖面图。根据任务决定能力需求的原则,进行了装备保障任务到系统能力的需求分析,并对系统能力进行功能能力和使用能力分解,建立了任务-能力需求转换的QFD(Quality Function Deployment)质量屋结构图。利用QFD的BP神经网络对装备保障任务-能力重要程度进行分析,得出了系统能力的需求权重,给出了关键能力指标,为基于能力的装备保障系统建设提供参考。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the basic campaign flow of armored forces and the equipment support tasks, and describes the task section. According to the principle, in which task determines capability, requirement analysis is conducted from task to capability, and it decomposes the system capability to function capability and use capability, and sets up the quality-room framework of equipment support task and capability with QFD. It analyzes equipment support capability weightiness with QFD-BP-NN, and the key-capability indexes are provided. It provides a good reference for capability-based equipment support system development.
