自动离合器控制系统中高速开关电磁阀的特性研究

摘    要:高速开关电磁阀是一种结构简单,易于实现数字控制的电液伺服系统控制元件.尝试在自动离合器控制系统中用高速开关电磁阀对离合器进行控制;设计了驱动机构,由高性能单片机产生脉宽调制信号控制高速开关电磁阀的工作;建立了高速开关电磁阀的数学模型并进行了仿真计算.

Abstract:The high-speed switch electromagnetic valve is a control element of simple construction and easy application for digital control in electro-hydraulic serve control system. Experimented to use the high-speed switch electromagnetic valve to control the clutch in Auto-clutch control system. Designed drive for the auto-clutch. A single-chip computer of high performance is applied to produce PWM signal to control the work of the high-speed switch electromagnetic valve. Established mathematical model of high-speed switch electromagnetic valve and simulated the model.
