| Abstract: | In this paper, the definition of effectiveness of military equipment together with its measurement index and system architecture is discussed. Several questions worth for further study are put forward, and methods for calculating the effectiveness,integration of multiple effectiveness index, ascertaining the weight and assessing the effectiveness of weapon system are summarized. |
