数字化部队作战指挥通信网络组网效能评估研究

通过对数字化部队作战指挥通信网络的业务分析,根据语音、数据传输性能不同的评价方法,建立数字化部队作战指挥通信网络效能评估模型。运用该模型,对美军数字化部队分队指挥通信各种组网性能进行了定量分析和定性评估,得出了不同作战条件最佳的组网方案。其评估方法与模型对我军数字化部队作战指挥通信网络系统的建设具有重要的理论参考价值。

Study on Effectiveness Evaluation for Battle Commanding Communication Network of Digitized Forces

In this paper, by analyzing business of battle commanding communication network of digitized forces, based on different evaluation methods for sound and data transmission, we created a model of effectiveness evaluation for battle commanding communication of digitized forces. Exerting the model, we analyzed quantitatively and evaluated qualitatively, the effectiveness of various network forms in command and communication of American digitized battalion and also found out the best network schemes for different battle conditions. These evaluating methods and models were of great reference value for the establishment of battle commanding communication network system for our digitized forces.
