| 摘 要： | 通过二维实映射研究了非线性Kronig-Penney超晶格中波的传播。数值计算得到非线性系数不同、以及透射波幅不同时的映射图。结果表明,非线性系数对波传播有明显的调制作用,而透射波幅对非线性系数的有效性有明显的改变。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the wave transmission in nonlinear Kronig-Penney superlattices which is investigated by a two-dimensional real map.The maps for different nonlinear parameters and different transmitted intensity are achieved by calculation.It is shown by the results that the nonlinear parameter of nonlinear Kronig-Penney superlattice has a distinctive modulation effect on the wave transmission in superlattice,and the nonlinear parameter is changed under the condition of different transmitted intensity. |
