| 摘 要： | 剖析了“势”的内涵,并将其引入装备工作领域,提出了“装备势”理论。说明了装备势的概念,分析了装备势的发展现状,提出了装备势的主要分类,建立了装备势的层次结构和表示方法,研究了装备势模型在各类装备工作中可能存在的应用价值。装备势理论作为一个独立、完整的体系,能够为各类装备工作提供不同层面、不同类型的关于装备力量的数值参考。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of ＂potency＂ concept, a theory called ＂equipment potency＂ is put forward and explained. Then the development status, main types, hiberarehy and representation of equipment potency are introduced respectively. The application value which might exist in all kinds of equipment is also illustrated. As an independent and integrated system, equipment potency theory can offer data references of different level and different kinds about equipment power. |
