| Abstract: | In light of the developmental trend of future high-tech war and information technology, this paper brings forward a macro strategic notion for constructing the "E-mode" military materiel logistics. This paper also discusses the theoretical connotation and its great and practical significance of the "E-mode" military materiel logistics and puts forward its strategic objective and the key groundwork systems to support the objective realization. |
