基于系统科学原理的装备保障建设历史性分析

从哲学的视角，运用系统科学原理发展的规律，以世界军事变革的全球视域，分析了装备保障建设的历史性，指出一般系统科学所衍生的一般系统方法指导着机械化军队的装备保障建设，复杂系统科学所衍生出的综合集成方法指导着信息化军队的装备保障建设，并从加强顶层设计、注重逻辑集成、创设协同环境和把握序参量等方面提出了转型期装备保障建设的战略举措。

Historicity Analysis of Equipment Support Construction Based on the Principle of System Science

By using development law of the principle of system science and the global sight of the world military transformation from the viewpoint of philosophy, this paper analyzes the historicity of equipment support construction, points out that the general system approach that grows out from general system science is guiding the equipment support construction for mechanized army, and the integrated method that grows out from complicated system science is guiding the equipment support construction of informationized army. This paper also proposes the strategic measures for equipment support construction during the transformation period from the aspects of strengthening the top layer design, paying great attention to the logical integration, establishing coordination environment and grasping parameters etc.
