| 摘 要： | 建立了一套战时器材资源点保障能力的评估指标体系,分析了其权集的确定和量化过程,在此基础上应用加权平均法完成保障能力的计算,实现了对战时器材资源点保障能力的评估,并将之运用到实践中。

| Abstract: | The emergency material resource base support ability is evaluated. The procedure of setting up target system and defining then valuing its weight assemble are analyzed in detail. The support capacity is completed by using the method of weighted mean. As a result, the evaluation of the emergency material resource base support ability has been realized and it is used in practice. It is important to enhance the emergency material resource base support ability. |
