| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种采用PLC控制器对等离子喷涂工艺流程进行监控的应用实例.在分析等离子喷涂工艺要求的基础上,设计出喷涂的PLC控制时序,并以此为依据完成PLC电路及软件设计.采用PLC控制,简化了喷涂工艺操作,提高了喷涂效率和涂层质量.

| Abstract: | To monitor the plasma spray processing by PLC controller, an application example has been presented in the present paper. On the basis of analyzing the plasma spray processing requirements, the responding sequence for all the components of the instrument as well as the design of the PLC circuit and the corresponding program has been accurately worked out. The result obtained in the present work indicates that the system of PLC has simplified the spray operations, dramatically improved the spray efficiency and coating quality. |
