摘    要:软件可靠性J-M预计模型对可靠性测试数据的假设要求比较严格,与实际情况不太符合。针对可靠性测试中各种因素的影响,适当修改了排除错误的条件假设,使得模型的适用性更强。对J-M模型用迭代法确定了参数的估计值,结合1组可靠性测试数据,得到可靠性预测结果。
