升压电源软开关电路仿真研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新颖ZCT推挽正激软开关升压电源主电路,对该主电路工作原理进行了详细分析,并对辅助谐振电路参数进行公式推导。利用MATLAB/ SIMULINK软件搭建了仿真模型,优化了主电路参数,记录了电路关键参数波形图。通过电路仿真验证了该电路工作原理分析的正确性,同时为ZCT推挽正激软开关升压电源的研制奠定了理论基础。首次提出了坦克炮控系统软开关技术。

Abstract:This paper demonstrates a novel ZCT push-pull forward boosting power supply's main circuit.It an- alyzes the main circuit's principle and calculates the auxiliary circuit's parameters.The simulating module is made by MATLAB/SIMULINK.The main circuit's parameters are optimized by simulating.The key waves are demonstrated.Meanwhile,the truth of circuit analyzing is verified by simulating.It also paves the way for manufacturing the ZCT push-pull forward boosting power supply.Tank gun control system soft switching tech- nique is first introduced.
