纳微米材料影响环氧涂层耐磨性的试验研究

摘    要:为了提高环氧粘涂层的耐磨性,本试验通过在环氧胶粘剂中加入纳、微米填料,研究了纳微米填料对环氧胶粘剂涂层耐磨性的影响规律。试验结果表明,加入纳米级填料环氧胶粘剂涂层的相对耐磨性明显优于微米级填料;加入纳微米复合填料其相对耐磨性为正火态45钢的2.57倍,和纯环氧胶粘剂涂层相比,提高幅度可达2.85倍,而仅加入纳米填料的胶粘剂,其涂层耐磨性只增加了1.97倍。

Abstract:In this experiment nano- and macro-filler were added into epoxy adhesive to increase the relative abrasion resistance (RAR) of epoxy coating and function of the filler effecting on epoxy adhesive coating . Results showed that the relative abrasion resistance of coating filled with nano-filler was obviously higher than that of coating filled with macro-filler. When being filled with composite of nano- and macro-filler the RAR of coating was as 2.57 times as that of 45 steel and 2.85 times higher than that of the pure epoxy adhesive coating. Which was also higher than that of coating with nano-filler.
