| 摘 要： | 信息化装备体系是未来信息化战争的作战主体。根据总体作战效能指标要求,将其逐层分解到各级指挥信息系统及其信息化装备上是确定各级各类信息化装备保障要求的前提条件。分析了信息化装备体系的基本构成以及信息化装备常用的RMS参数,对信息化装备体系任务效能总体指标的影响因素及其分解方法进行了深入的探讨,从而构建了信息化装备体系RMS参数体系的框架模型,为面向作战任务科学预计信息化装备的保障要求提供了一种研究思路。
