| 摘 要： | 双向选择人才培养是新时期军事高等教育面临的新课题,是军队院校教育结合新时期特点作出的重大改革,是适应当前高等教育发展趋势而进行的大胆探索和实践。结合我院2年来的双向选择模式人才培养实践,对如何从宏观的高度认识双向选择人才模式的优势,从战略的广度科学构建双向选择人才培养模式的教学体系,如何在培养过程中充分体现新模式的教学特点,以及研究总结培养过程中遇到的各类问题等方面进行了初步总结和探讨。
