装甲车辆动力舱温度场试验研究

摘    要:为了研究坦克动力舱装甲板温度场,必须对动力舱温度场进行必要的测试。以某型坦克动力舱为研究对象,设计了动力舱温度场试验方案,通过试验,得到了动力舱内主要部件表面和动力舱装甲板表面的稳态温度场分布。试验数据表明:排气管、增压器、变速箱和制动带是动力舱内主要热源,排气管附近顶甲板和排气百叶窗温度较高。

Abstract:To study the temperature field of armored plate on tank power train compartment, a testing is conducted on temperature field of power train compartment. Taking certain tank power train compartment as the subject, the temperature field test project is established for the power train compartment, and the static temperature field of distribution is obtained by means of the temperature field test. The testing result indicates that exhaust pipe, supercharger, gear box, brake shoe are mainly sources of heat. The temperature of the exhaust shutter and top armored plate near the exhaust pipe is evidently higher.
