摘    要:从弹带的作用及特性出发,通过研究弹带接触应力问题,得出了决定其大小的几个因素之间的关系,然后比较自润滑弹带与普通弹带在挤进过程中所受接触应力的不同,从而得出了新的结论,即自润滑弹带减小了弹带和身管间的摩擦系数,达到了身管延寿的目的。

Abstract:The functions and features of ammunition belts are discussed in the first place. Then through the study of contact stress of belts, the relation among factors determining the power of contact stress is made clear. A new conclusion is drawn through the comparison of contact stress differences between self-lubricated belts and general belts in the process of stressing. That is, self-lubricated belts reduce friction factor between belts and barrel. Thus the life of barrel is prolonged.
