This article discusses the behavior of three continuous sampling plans: continuous sampling plan 1 (CSP 1) and continuous sampling plan 2 (CSP 2) developed by Dodge [5] and Dodge and Torrey [7], and multilevel continuous sampling plan 2 (MLP 2) developed by Lieberman and Solomon [11], when the quality of successive units in a continuous production process follows a two-state time-homogeneous Markov chain. We first derive the average outgoing quality (AOQ) expressions of these plans. Exact procedures for determining the average outgoing quality limit (AOQL) can be obtained only for CSP 1. For CSP 2 and MLP 2 plans, iterative procedures have been used to obtain the AOQL contours. For these plans, it is assumed that the serial correlation coefficient between the two consecutive random variables of the Markov chain is known. In addition, estimation procedures for the coefficient are given. We show that if the serial correlation coefficient of the Markov chain is positive (negative), the AOQL is increased (decreased) as compared to the case when the successive units in the production process follows a Bernoulli pattern. Let r denote the number of production units examined in succession which are found to be of good quality and k denote the inverse of the sampling fraction employed when quality is good. Then if r and k are sufficiently small, it is observed from the graph that, for small departures of the serial correlation coefficient from zero, the AOQL values do not differ significantly for each of the three plans; whereas for sufficiently large values of r and k, the AOQL values differ significantly. Various aspects of these plans, such as their operating characteristics 2 (OC 2) and the serial correlation coefficient, are discussed.  相似文献

油罐的壁厚设计关系到油罐的经济性和可靠性,如何把握两者的辩证关系对油罐的设计与建设具有十分重要的意义。传统上大型油罐壁厚设计采用的是变点法;以可靠度理论为基础,以可靠性分析模型为核心,提出利用可靠度法求解大型油罐壁厚的新方法。以50 000 m3油罐为例,编程分析并计算以2种方法设计的壁厚。变点法设计的底圈罐壁厚度与圈数无关;以中心点可靠度法求解壁厚,可靠性指标一定时,底圈罐壁厚度同样与圈数无关。探讨可靠度法求解壁厚的可行性,验证变点法设计壁厚的可靠性。  相似文献

传统传感器测量数据处理方法只采用算术平均值的数字滤波法,虽然这种方法具有一定的抗干扰性,但从统计理论和实际应用情况分析来看,这种方法处理的数据不是测量结果的最好表示,尤其对于多传感器测量情况甚至更糟糕.针对这种情况提出了通过2次利用偏度分析建立动态检测门限判别并剔除粗差,再进行数据融合的分批估计方法.数据分析结果表明,这样处理后的数据测量误差和方差均更小,测量结果更接近测量真值.  相似文献

在建立高斯型连续激光辐照半导体材料InSb物理模型的基础上,采用解析解的形式计算了圆柱形InSb靶板的三维温度场。通过数值分析得出了在连续激光辐照时,InSb发生的是熔融损伤的结果,并计算出相应的损伤阈值。对理论计算与实验结论进行了比较,验证了理论模型的合理性。  相似文献

Path planning is a key technique of autonomous navigation for robots, and the velocity field is an important part. Constructing velocity field in a complex workspace is still challenging. In this paper, an inner normal guided segmentation algorithm in a complex polygon is proposed to decompose the complex workspace in this paper. The artificial potential field model based on probability theory is then used to calculate the potential field of the decomposed workspace, and the velocity field is obtained by utilizing the potential field of this workspace. Path optimization is implemented by curve evolution, during which the internal force generated in the smoothing process of the initial path by a mean filter and the external force is obtained from the gradient of the workspace potential field. The parameter selection principle is deduced by analyzing the influence of several parameters on the path length and smoothness. Simulation results show that the designed polygon decomposition algorithm can effectively segment complex workspace and that the path optimization algorithm can shorten and smoothen paths.  相似文献

提出了电偶极子源在时域有限差分(FDTD)网格中设置的一种新方法,它是以电偶极子源周围若干个FDTD网格组成的立方体来对其进行替代,并对立方体表面上的网格节点施加切向解析电场来模拟电偶极子源。文中把由此方法计算的电偶极子辐射场数值结果分别与电流密度添加形式的设置方法和解析法所得结果进行了对比,空间中各点的电磁场值都一致,验证了此设置方法的正确性。  相似文献

针对工作于X频段的机载雷达天线的技术设计,使该天线由矩形平面天线与柱体共形,通过共面波导方式对其进行馈电。天线单元采用介电常数2.55,厚度为0.2mm的薄介质板。利用HFSS12对平面天线和共形天线进行仿真设计,对比了平面天线与共形天线的阻抗特性和辐射特性的变化。实验结果表明,共形后的天线带宽变大,增益提高,波束宽度展宽。在X波段内实现了低仰角扫描和方位面的全向扫描,实测阻抗带宽为7.0~12.5GHz,最大增益可达4dB,辐射特性稳定,满足机载天线的性能指标,可用作机载雷达天线单元。  相似文献

"尼罗河魔鬼"采用长背鳍波动推进方式,属于典型的奇鳍/对鳍推进鱼类.在已有的理论模型中,细长体理论(Elongated-body theory)较为适合于分析该类游动方式的推进性能.长背鳍的波动包络线方程是细长体理论的必要参数.拍摄实验样本(MPC-I)的自由游动视频,从中选取多组平稳运动图像序列,经旋转校正、零点配准、尺度归一、小波去噪等预处理后,提取了柔性长背鳍波动推进时的顶端边缘轮廓样本曲线簇,进而给出了波动包络曲线的多项式拟合方程.实验结果表明长背鳍波动包络线提取算法是有效的,根据算法所提取的长背鳍波动包络线方程为后续的推进力及推进效率的分析奠定了基础.  相似文献

We develop a robust queueing network analyzer algorithm to approximate the steady-state performance of a single-class open queueing network of single-server queues with Markovian routing. The algorithm allows nonrenewal external arrival processes, general service-time distributions and customer feedback. The algorithm is based on a decomposition approximation, where each flow is partially characterized by its rate and a continuous function that measures the stochastic variability over time. This function is a scaled version of the variance-time curve, called the index of dispersion for counts (IDC). The required IDC functions for the external arrival processes can be calculated from the model primitives or estimated from data. Approximations for the IDC functions of the internal flows are calculated by solving a set of linear equations. The theoretical basis is provided by heavy-traffic limits for the flows established in our previous papers. A robust queueing technique is used to generate approximations of the mean steady-state performance at each queue from the IDC of the total arrival flow and the service specification at that queue. The algorithm's effectiveness is supported by extensive simulation studies.  相似文献

Bayes adaptive control policies are developed in the present paper for the special case of a one-station lower echelon: a Poisson distribution of demand, whose mean is assumed to have a prior gamma distribution. The cost structure is of a common type. The ordering policy for the upper echelon, which minimizes expected cost, is replaced by a new type of policy, called Bayes prediction policy. This policy does not require tedious computations, of the sort required by dynamic programming solutions. The characteristics of the policies are studied by Monte Carlo simulation, and supplemented by further theoretical development.  相似文献

An algorithm for constructing a three-subinterval approximation for any continous distribution function is presented in which the Chebyshev criterion is used, or equivalently, the maximum absolute error (MAE) is minimized. The resulting approximation of this algorithm for the standard normal distribution function provides a guideline for constructing the simple approximation formulas proposed by Shah [13]. Furthermore, the above algorithm is extended to more accurate computer applications, by constructing a four-polynomial approximation for a distribution function. The resulting approximation for the standard normal distribution function is at least as accurate as, faster, and more efficient than the six-polynomial approximation proposed by Milton and Hotchkiss [11] and modified by Milton [10].  相似文献

指挥控制舱是武器系统中指挥控制的功能核心,通过多人协同交互完成指控任务。为提高人员协同效率和操控效率。建立了以完成所有任务的时间最短为目标函数的多人协同任务规划模型。在求解模型时,采用禁忌单亲遗传混合优化算法,通过无性繁殖的方法,减少了在子代中产生无效染色体的情况,提升了算法的效率,通过禁忌算法有效避免陷入局部极小值。通过实例分析,算法使总任务执行时间减少了12豫。本模型以及求解算法在解决指挥控制舱多人协同任务规划时具有可行性,对指挥控制舱任务流程设计具有一定参考价值。  相似文献

以某舰船为例,计算了鱼雷在舰船底部非接触爆炸使舰体结构产生破损后由于进水引起的浮态和载荷变化,给出了鱼雷命中破损后波浪弯矩随不同破损部位、不同进水体积的变化规律.计算了破损舰船的弹塑性极限弯矩,并对舰船的剩余强度进行了评估.计算结果表明,鱼雷命中的最危险位置是船中,外载荷的增大和结构承载能力的减小使舰体结构在单发命中时也可能失效.  相似文献
