美国海军用基于知识的实时系统进行态势评估

本文分析了海上态势和威胁评估过程,使用一种被称之为MUSE的基于知识的实时系统提供了某种态势评估子函数执行的数字的结果。文中首先简单介绍了MUSE系统,介绍了MUSE仿真器,这种仿真器如远程雷达,中程雷达,火控雷达和电子支援措施(ESM),敌我识别(IFF)以及数据链传感器产生实时空中航迹。提供了一幅海上态势和威胁评估的功能图,同时提供了这两个过程的最重要的子功能。论述了这些子功能在防空驱逐舰的操纵室里的任务以及如何使用MUSE基于知识的系统来为这些子功能进行电脑建模。论述了统计实验。在统计实验中,用仿真器在SUN SPARC10工作站上产生了三百秒的实时空中航迹数据,通过以太网传送到在SUN SPARC5工作站上运行的MUSE基于知识的态势评估系统。文中也对这个基于知识的系统所产生结果进行了评价。     

低雷诺数壁面约束流动皮托管测速误差分析与校正

针对低雷诺数壁面约束流动中皮托管测速误差产生的两大主要影响因素——剪切速度与近壁效应,采用计算流体力学技术分别对其进行数值模拟,并研究各自引起的误差变化规律。数值模拟结果表明:虽然剪切速度引起的流线偏移规律与相关文献结论基本一致,但是数值结果预测的流线偏移量并不是一个渐近函数;近壁距离在5倍管径即出现较为明显的测量误差,并且发现近壁距离在1倍管径处出现误差的非单调性变化。最后通过将数值模拟结果与现有的修正方法进行对比,提出了更为合理的修正方程。

Shielding and corrosion properties of the Alloy 709 as canister material for spent nuclear fuel dry casks

The shielding and corrosion properties of the Alloy 709 advanced austenitic stainless steel have been investigated as a candidate canister material in spent fuel dry casks. 对海战场综合态势进行态势评估和威胁分析是信息融合系统的最高层级,态势评估结果将对指挥员的指挥决策起到非常重要的作用。根据海军作战理论分析了海战场态势的表示方法,并基于模板方法设计了一种战场当前态势与模板数据库中态势进行匹配的算法。该算法特别适用于高层推理如态势或威胁评估。
