以双轴Ｔ型结构的超精密金刚石车床的伺服进给系统为研究对象,采用自构造神经网络技术,建立了系统的非线性动态数学模型,为系统非线性控制与补偿提供参考模型     

树形挠性多体系统的 Kane 动力学方程 ——一种面向计算机的建模方法

本文针对具有树形结构的空间挠性多体系统,建立了Kane 动力学模型。挠性多体系统由任意数目的挠性体或刚体组成,假定铰链点之间具有三自由度相对转动和平动,选取相对平动速度和转动角速度,以及模态坐标的导数为系统的广义速度,建立了系统的最小维数运动方程,所得结果便于计算机自动生成和进行数值仿真。     

声发射分析用于轴承状态监测的研究

为了对轴承局部损伤进行自动检测与诊断,本文对声发射分析的新方法进行了探讨。损伤的特征量由短时信号处理技术来提取,用模式识别技术进行分析,用散布矩阵进行评价。实验和分析的结果表明这种新方法优于振动分析法。

跟踪系统的计算机辅助设计

本文介绍利用系数平面模型、回路波德图及二阶示性函数最小化技术实现跟踪系统人—机对话计算机辅助设计的方法。应用经典示性函数,将设计方案直接与适当的现行工程设计相联系,重点放在系数平面的通用区。结合具体实例,用示意图说明在系统发生变化的情况下,应用硬件反馈装置可减小性能的变化。利用观测器,以状态变量为基础的等效设计不会减小性能的变化。采用最小平方误差算法,可实现与性能指标相适应的低阶补偿器。
