目前,美国实用的潜艇用电气和电子系统设计实际上是彼此独立的。这样的实践限制了利用过去几十年所获得的技术进步的优点。为了使潜艇平台的能力最大化,必须综合传统的、具有类似处理和通信要求的各个系统。本文研究和分析一种可能的称之为FIFT C~3I系统的实现,该系统综合支援潜艇任务的所有主要的电气和电子系统。这样的系统必须有容错能力,以致于使综合系统的可靠性、可用性和安全性等于或优于要替换的现有系统。这种方法的优点很多且可用现有技术和部件实现。     

水面舰艇反鱼雷作战系统

反鱼雷作战系统的主要功能是阻止攻击鱼雷(或鱼雷齐射)实现它的使命。为此,本文介绍的基本解决办法是迫使鱼雷跟踪一条使它尽可能远离舰艇的航线,从而耗尽鱼雷的续航时间(软杀伤)。 为达此目的,受威胁的舰艇要进行规避机动,并在预警方向上,按照符合一定最佳策略的时间和模式发射诱饵和干扰。 各种研究已引出一个方案,它包括有三个主要子系统的自适应模块化系统: 鱼雷报警子系统:它的功能是提供自动预警。 反鱼雷综合和反应子系统:它根据一定的策略和鱼雷报警信号,推敲舰艇机动建议和诱饵和干扰发射机的部署。该模块包括处理设备(报警、环境、工作配置)。 反鱼雷干扰子系统:它的功能是欺骗或干扰鱼雷或者使鱼雷失效(将来系统发展)。 在提供的基本解决办法中,该子系统包括诱饵/干扰发射机系统、运载火箭、火箭和发射平台间的接口和部署系统。 本文将重点叙述作战系统的一般概念和功能,不涉及有关报警系统和干扰的技术细节。
