Dynamic coordination of production planning and sales admission control in the presence of a spot market

We consider the decision‐making problem of dynamically scheduling the production of a single make‐to stock (MTS) product in connection with the product's concurrent sales in a spot market and a long‐term supply channel. The spot market is run by a business to business (B2B) online exchange, whereas the long‐term channel is established by a structured contract. The product's price in the spot market is exogenous, evolves as a continuous time Markov chain, and affects demand, which arrives sequentially as a Markov‐modulated Poisson process (MMPP). The manufacturer is obliged to fulfill demand in the long‐term channel, but is able to rein in sales in the spot market. This is a significant strategic decision for a manufacturer in entering a favorable contract. The profitability of the contract must be evaluated by optimal performance. The current problem, therefore, arises as a prerequisite to exploring contracting strategies. We reveal that the optimal strategy of coordinating production and sales is structured by the spot price dependent on the base stock and sell‐down thresholds. Moreover, we can exploit the structural properties of the optimal strategy to conceive an efficient algorithm. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2010     

基于FPGA高斯白噪声发生器的设计与实现

高斯随机白噪声是一种常见的信号形式,在信号分析和处理中有重要的价值.介绍了一种基于FPGA高斯白噪声发生器,改进了传统的设计方法,在均匀随机数的产生和工程设计以及噪声功率控制方面都有了很大的改善,最大限度地减少了运算量,产生了比较理想的高斯白噪声,具有很好的实用价值.     

中间产品C~4ISR体系结构动态行为语义一致性验证方法

目前对于C4ISR体系结构动态行为一致性设计还没有有效的验证方法.针对C4ISR体系结构动态行为的语义一致性.首先分析了其验证的内容和规则,然后以体系结构动态行为描述关键产品为基础,构建一个中间产品,再将其转换为可执行的对象Petri网模型,利用该对象Petri网模型进行动态行为语义一致性验证,最后通过一个案例对其进行了说明.     

关键过程质量控制须注意的几个问题

本文叙述了关键过程的内涵及质量控制的必要性,论述了关键过程质量控制的主要内容、原则和方法;分析了关键过程质量控制过程中常见的问题及产生的原因,提出了相应的对策。     

双尾鳍和轴支架对800 t级排水船操纵性影响的模型对比试验研究

针对某一采用双尾鳍形式的800 t级排水船在进行自航模试验时出现操纵性能不能满足设计要求的情形,文中将其尾部的双尾鳍改成轴支架,并在某露天操纵性水池中,对改进后的自航模进行了回转和Z形操纵试验,通过对实验结果进行比较发现合理设计轴支架的大小和安装位置能够较好地改善800 t级排水船的操纵性能,并能够满足给定的船舶操纵性能设计要求。     

Beginning of the End: ARVN and Vietnamisation (1969–72)

The ‘Nixon Doctrine,’ announced on 25 July 1969, which emphasised the singularity of US interest over all others, was a reflection of US war weariness and the President Richard Nixon's political constraints. The net effect was the unilateral withdrawal of troops in phases and Vietnamisation returning combat responsibilities to the South Vietnamese. Indeed, negotiations and diplomacy fell short of expectations, failing to force the North Vietnamese to abandon their objectives. However, Vietnamisation, the third leg of Nixon's strategy, became the most visible of Nixon's failures. Such was the debacle that Nixon was sorely tempted to simply walk away concluding, ‘Vietnamization has been completed and [South Vietnam President Nguyen Van] Thieu then can do what he likes.’     

基于BPMN的作战视图辅助设计方法

体系结构设计在C4ISR系统开发中越来越受到重视.由于目前体系结构设计主要是依据DOD体系结构框架,体系结构产品是框架最基本的表现形式,因此,体系结构产品设计是体系结构设计中的一个关键问题.在深入研究BPMN的基础上,提出了基于BPMN的作战视图辅助设计方法,建立了企业过程图与作战视图产品OV5、OV6的转换关系.     

基于SOA的C~4ISR可执行体系结构

现有的C4ISR可执行体系结构验证评估过程中面向特定的作战想定,难以描述和验证系统资源之间的动态连接关系以支持作战视图中作战任务过程的动态变化.结合SOA思想对C4ISR体系结构框架进行扩展引进了服务视图,通过分析服务视图与原有作战视图和系统视图产品之间的关系,提出一种基于SOA的C4ISR可执行体系结构框架,详细分析了引进服务视图之后C4ISR体系结构的执行过程.     

对象Petri网在反导防空体系建模中的应用

反导防空体系包含的对象多、作战过程复杂。Petri网模型综合了数据流、控制流和状态转移,能方便地描述系统的分布、并发、同步、异步、冲突等特性,既能表示系统的静态功能和结构,又能表现其执行、交互等动态行为。基于对象Petri网的建模仿真环境,采用面向过程和面向对象建模相结合的方法,能够很好地满足对反导防空体系的建模、仿真以及体系结构分析。     

基于神经网络的舰船目标识别研究

为了实现对水下目标的识别,在现有特征提取方法的基础上,提出了一种从DEMON谱线谱和DEMON谱连续谱提取的特征方法,并设计了一个基于BP神经网络和多神经网络分类识别器的舰船目标识别系统。通过对实际舰船噪声目标进行识别,识别效果比较满意。这对舰船目标识别的发展具有一定的参考价值。
