火灾调查工作具有法律性、技术性和时效性强的特点,对调查工作人员提出了很高的要求。根据火灾调查实践经验,结合火灾规律特点,围绕火灾调查工作的主要薄弱环节,为提高火灾调查人员的素质,提出了火灾调查人员开展火灾调查工作应注意的若干问题。     

近水面细长体的水动力导数数值计算1

引进细长体的假定 ,把三维的流体运动问题化成了二维的非定常问题 ,前面剖面对后面剖面的干扰作用用积分表示 ,改善了切片理论。根据物面条件把整个问题的求解分解为兴波问题和振荡问题 ,而振荡问题可由兴波问题的适当组合表示出来。这样 ,大大简化了问题的求解。作为例子 ,本文用数值方法计算了细长回转体的水动力导数 ,给出了结果     

导弹仿真试验结果静态一致性检验及其置信度

分析了仿真试验结果与飞行试验结果进行静态一致性检验的方法,分为参数方法和非参数方法。然后讨论一致性检验的置信度,给出了置信度与弃真概率和采伪概率的关系并说明要选择恰当的显著性水平,以保证检验的置信度具有合理性。     

卡尔曼滤波在水雷引信目标定位中的应用

介绍了用于水雷引信的目标跟踪定位卡尔曼滤波算法,推导了滤波公式,给出了仿真结果．经分析得知,利用该算法可有效提高目标运动要素估计精度．     

DEC UNIX 操作系统的实时特性及评测

实时操作系统是复杂实时系统的一个重要组成部分，它必须是可预测的。本文首先简要阐述了 Ｄ Ｅ Ｃ Ｕ Ｎ Ｉ Ｘ ４．０ 操作系统的实时特性；然后开发了一种简单有效的实时操作系统性能评测方法，并给出了我们在 Ｄ Ｅ Ｃ Ａｌｐｈａ 系列机上对 Ｄ Ｅ Ｃ Ｕ Ｎ Ｉ Ｘ ４．０ Ｂ进行评测的过程和结果。     

Joint determination of preventive maintenance and safety stocks in an unreliable production environment

In this article we formulate an analytical model of preventive maintenance and safety stock strategies in a production environment subject to random machine breakdowns. Traditionally, preventive maintenance and safety stocks have been independently studied as two separate strategies for coping with machine breakdowns. Our intent is to develop a unified framework so that the two are jointly considered. We illustrate the trade-off between investing in the two options. In addition, we provide optimality conditions under which either one or both strategies should be implemented to minimize the associated cost function. Specifically, cases with deterministic and exponential repair time distributions are analyzed in detail. We include numerical examples to illustrate the determination of optimal strategies for preventive maintenance and safety stocks. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

The impact of inventory information distortion due to customer order cancellations

In this paper we study the impact of cancellations of customer orders on an inventory system. We develop a periodic review (s, S) inventory model with Poisson demands, deterministic demand leadtimes and supply leadtimes. When no set up cost is present for replenishment, the behavior of the system cost can be studied analytically. For the case with a fixed set up cost, we derive the operating characteristics of the model via an embedded Markov chain analysis. Based on this, we formulate the total cost function and suggest a two‐phase approach to optimization. Our model can be used to compute cancellation fees and to evaluate the impacts of various conditions of cancellation. We find that cancellations, as major sources of inventory information distortion, increase total system costs, and the magnitude of the cost impact depends on the probability of cancellation and the expected cancellation time. 拦截高速机动目标的最优制导律

对于远距离拦截高速、大机动目标,不仅拦截弧段长,拦截飞行时间也更久。拦截弹在飞行过程中的能量管理与优化问题,也是在拦截制导律设计时必须要考虑的问题。将非线性弹目运动关系降阶简化后,运用最优控制理论,将能量管理纳入考虑中,得出针对高速、机动目标的最优制导律,且可以满足终端碰撞角约束。通过引入分段线性和指数两种形式的阻尼,使得导弹在拦截高速高加速目标时,对目标机动的敏感度随弹目距离变化,从而达到能量管理的目的。通过二维非线性仿真验证了制导律的性能。
