构建和谐社会与青少年犯罪预防

当前我国正处于改革开放的关键时期。由于社会转型,社会矛盾突出,各种不良现象滋生,犯罪问题日益严重,尤其是青少年犯罪已达到令人堪忧的地步,与构建社会主义和谐社会极不相称。就社会转型时期青少年犯罪的特点、原因进行深入分析,并提出了在构建和谐社会重要理论指导下青少年犯罪的预防对策。     

Single machine parallel batch scheduling subject to precedence constraints

We consider the single machine parallel batch scheduling problems to minimize makespan and total completion time, respectively, under precedence relations. The complexities of these two problems are reported as open in the literature. In this paper, we settle these open questions by showing that both problems are strongly NP‐hard, even when the precedence relations are chains. When the processing times of jobs are directly agreeable or inversely agreeable with the precedence relations, there is an O(n²) time algorithm to minimize the makespan. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. OPM模型到DoDAF作战视图的转换方法

发展了将对象过程方法论(OPM)模型转换为美国国防部体系架构(DoDAF)作战视图(Operational View,OV)的方法.该方法能够用于军事概念模型开发.以近距空中支援案例展示了这一方法的有效性.该方法保证了作战视图各模型的一致性,提高了模型开发效率.     

不同游戏方式下的暴力网络游戏对大学生攻击性的影响

目的:探讨不同游戏方式下的暴力网络游戏对不同攻击性特质大学生攻击性的影响。方法:采用攻击性特质问卷、词汇决策任务和竞争反应时任务对60名大学生进行问卷和实验研究。结果:在不同游戏方式下,被试表现出的攻击性认知和行为存在显著差异(F(2,52)=4.41,P<0.05;F(1,52)=50.06,P<0.001)。高、低攻击性特质者在游戏后的攻击性认知和行为上存在显著差异(F(1,52)=15.25,P<0.001;F(1,52)=82.35,P<0.001)。结论:不同游戏方式下的暴力网络游戏对大学生的攻击性存在不同的影响,相比竞争游戏和单人游戏,合作游戏是一种较好的游戏方式,可以在一定程度减少大学生,特别是高攻击性特质大学生的攻击性认知和行为。此外,暴力网络游戏对大学生攻击性认知和攻击性行为的影响存在一致性。     

Numerical investigation on cooling performance of filter in a pyrotechnic gas generator

As a key part of the pyrotechnic gas generator,the filter not only removes the particulate matter but also cools the hot gas to a safe level.This paper aims to improve the understanding of the basic heat and flow phenomenon in the gas generator.The pyrotechnic gas generator is modelling by a simplified filter structure with fiber arrays.A finite-volume model of the heat and fluid flow is proposed to simulate the detailed multi-dimensional flow and energy conversion behaviors.Several verification results are in good agreement with data in different references.Simulation results demonstrate that the filter can not only absorb heat from the gas but also cause the high intensity enhancement of the heat transfer.The per-formance difference between inline and staggered arrays is also discussed.The findings of the study put a further prediction tool for the understanding and design of the filter system with fibers.     

基于有色Petri网的卫星信息系统作战效能仿真研究

卫星信息系统在军事上的广泛应用使其成为现代战争中不可或缺的组成部分,作战部队对它的依赖程度越来越高,对卫星系统的对抗也随之受到越来越广泛的重视。但如何评估纷繁复杂的卫星信息系统效能及其对抗效能一直是一个难题。本文在分析有色Petri网的基础上,将有色Petri网的仿真思想应用到卫星信息系统及其对抗中去,提出了基于有色Petri网的卫星信息系统及其对抗作战效能的仿真思想及评价指标,从总体上给出了一种评价卫星及其对抗作战效能的方法。     

The parallel machine min-max weighted absolute lateness scheduling problem

Given a set of jobs, a processing time and a weight for each job, several parallel and identical machines, and a common due date that is not too early to constrain the scheduling decision, we want to find an optimal job schedule so as to minimize the maximum weighted absolute lateness. We show that this problem is NP-complete even for the single-machine case, and is strongly NP-complete for the general case. We present a polynomial time heuristic for this problem and analyze its worst-case performance. Empirical testing of the heuristic is reported, and the results suggest that the performance is asymptotically optimal as the number of jobs tends to infinity. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

嵌银丝贫氧推进剂燃烧特性

采用试验发动机法 ,对嵌银丝铝镁贫氧推进剂的燃烧特性进行了研究 ,得到了低压下嵌银丝铝镁贫氧推进剂的燃烧规律 ,研究了银丝直径和贫氧推进剂配方对嵌银丝发动机燃速的影响。结果表明 ,嵌银丝贫氧推进剂的燃烧过程由初始工作段、稳定工作段和结束段组成 ;采用较粗的银丝 (0 3mm和0 4mm)可以显著提高贫氧推进剂的燃速 ;提高贫氧推进剂的基础燃速也是提高嵌银丝贫氧推进剂燃速的有效方法之一。
