1928年8月26日,红4军第31团副团长兼第1营营长陈毅安正在井冈山下活动时,突然接到团长朱云卿、党代表何挺颖的命令和毛泽东的一封信.信中说,毛泽东等率第3营向桂东方向迎接大部队去了,要陈毅安一定保卫好井冈山大本营.当时正值八月失败,军情紧急,陈毅安受命于败军之际,奉命于危难之间.他当即决定,亲自率第1和第3两连上井闪山.由第2连连长张宗逊、副连长韩伟在山下游击,配合山上部队作战.     

现代海上空袭体系对防空体系作战效能评估准则的影响

面对空袭体系的不断发展,正确评定防空体系的作战效能是亟待解决的问题.针对现代空袭体系的3个主要特点,防空体系和防空导弹根据不同的作战任务可以形成4个不同的效能评估准则,详细论述了现代空袭体系对这些效能评估准则的影响.通过分析得出空袭中断确信度准则更能体现"攻势防御"这一当前防空作战的主要思想,但它同时也对防空体系提出了更高的要求.     

用破片覆盖度进行毁伤概率评估

在对国内相关专业研究和了解的基础上,结合多年的工作经验,针对地空导弹武器系统典型目标易损性无法确定的情况,将目标整体作为杀伤对象对待,建立了目标被战斗部破片覆盖的程度、目标命中战斗部破片数、目标易损性折算因子及战斗部条件毁伤概率等模型,与传统方法进行对比仿真计算表明,用文中所给方法可以进行目标易损性分析、计算毁伤概率和确定杀伤区,亦可作为引战配合设计的参考依据.     

Algorithm to solve a chance‐constrained network capacity design problem with stochastic demands and finite support

We consider the problem of determining the capacity to assign to each arc in a given network, subject to uncertainty in the supply and/or demand of each node. This design problem underlies many real‐world applications, such as the design of power transmission and telecommunications networks. We first consider the case where a set of supply/demand scenarios are provided, and we must determine the minimum‐cost set of arc capacities such that a feasible flow exists for each scenario. We briefly review existing theoretical approaches to solving this problem and explore implementation strategies to reduce run times. With this as a foundation, our primary focus is on a chance‐constrained version of the problem in which α% of the scenarios must be feasible under the chosen capacity, where α is a user‐defined parameter and the specific scenarios to be satisfied are not predetermined. We describe an algorithm which utilizes a separation routine for identifying violated cut‐sets which can solve the problem to optimality, and we present computational results. We also present a novel greedy algorithm, our primary contribution, which can be used to solve for a high quality heuristic solution. We present computational analysis to evaluate the performance of our proposed approaches. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics 63: 236–246, 2016     

关于我国发展新型固定翼舰载机的几点建议

随着我国航母事业的发展,舰载机研发与制造产业得到了相应的发展。但是由于我国舰载机研发与制造产业起步晚,舰载机在技术性能等方面相比于西方国家还存在一定差距。文章以美国F-35"闪电Ⅱ"飞机研发历程为依据,对我国发展新型固定翼舰载机在设计、研发和维护等方面提出了建议,总结了值得我国研发人员借鉴的经验和教训。     

新时期必须把意识形态建设提高到国家安全战略地位

改革开放以来 ,我国意识形态领域的斗争错综复杂。随着国家安全由传统的军事安全发展为综合安全 ,意识形态安全已成为国家安全利益的重要组成部分。党的第二代、第三代领导集体自觉顺应时代要求 ,把意识形态建设提高到国家安全的战略地位。着眼于 2 1世纪中国的发展 ,必须从国家安全的战略高度 ,切实加强社会主义意识形态建设 ,为国家的发展构筑一个安全的思想文化环境。     

信息化武器装备体系概念演示验证仿真系统PSR集成策略研究

本文通过分析信息化武器装备体系概念演示验证仿真系统结构,对集成所需的平台相关资源进行了分类,在应用SOA、MDA部分思想基础上,继承了按需服务-按需仿真服务(XOD-SOD)技术,提出了“服务描述-静态映射-动态映射”三级策略,用于实现平台相关资源(Platform Specific Resources,PSR)的集成。

批判性思维能力的培养对大学生的心理健康、自主学习能力、创新能力以及个性发展等方面都有重要的作用.批判性思维是大学生综合素质的体现.大学英语提高课程"英文小说与电影"以英美文学中经典小说为教学内容,旨在通过英美文学的教学培养学生的批判性思维能力,本课程改变传统教学中教师"一言堂"的教学模式,采用混合式教学模式和问题导向式学习方法,营造批判性思维学习氛围,通过让学生们解读、分析和言说文学经典作品,提高学生的批判性思维能力.     

Trade credit contract in the presence of retailer investment opportunity

This paper presents a model for designing a trade credit contract between a supplier and a retailer that would coordinate a supply chain in the presence of investment opportunity for the retailer. Specifically, we study a newsvendor model where the supplier offers a trade credit contract to the retailer who, by delaying the payment, can invest the accounts payable amount and earn returns. We find that when the channel partners have symmetric information about the retailer's investment return, a conditionally concessional trade credit (CTC) contract, which includes a wholesale price, an interest‐free period, and a minimum order requirement, can achieve channel coordination. We then extend the model to the information asymmetry setting in which the retailer's investment return is unobservable by the supplier. We show that, although the CTC contract cannot achieve the coordination in this setting, it can effectively improve channel efficiency as well as profitability for individual partners.     

基于任务的中远程舰空导弹作战效能模型

为了有效评估中远程舰空导弹武器作战效能,提出了基于任务的作战效能度量方法和度量指标.根据空袭飞机对海反舰导弹攻击和舰空导弹对抗过程的分析,研究了中远程舰空导弹保卫点目标的效能,以此为基础,建立了中远程舰空导弹保卫多个海上目标时的作战效能模型,并对模型进行了仿真分析,验证了模型的合理性和有效性.
