对舰炮对海射击测量偏差法存在的误差进行了分析,并对误差与航向变化的关系进行了仿真研究,给出了使误差达到最小时的射击航向值,为实际射击航向的选择提供了依据.同时将导航定位技术应用于舰炮对海射击测量偏差法,使舰炮对海射击过程不受舰艇机动影响,对提高舰炮对海射击精度和机动性具有重要意义.  相似文献

直接采用粒子模拟方法较难实现带电粒子束团千米量级的长程传输模拟,针对此问题以静电模型为基础,引入移动窗技术,使百米量级的粒子传输窗口与束团同步推进运动,建立了带电粒子束团的长程传输模型。将模拟得到的带电粒子束团径向膨胀特性同包络方程的计算结果进行对比,两者吻合较好,证明了在带电粒子束团长程传输模拟研究中结合移动窗技术的可行性及所建模型的合理性。利用此模型分析了100 MeV相对论电子束团的长程传输过程,发现传输过程中束团的自生电场和磁场在径向上呈高度对称分布,轴向上则呈轻微前冲分布;同时,束团内部粒子的轴向速度分布也会发生变化。利用此模型分析了100 MeV电子束团的长程传输过程及其内部参数和自生场量的变化。  相似文献

Lightweight hybrid structures of Al MMCs and titanium alloy dissimilar materials have great prospect in the defence industry application. So, it is necessary to join Al MMCs with Ti metal to achieve this structural design. In this work, in-situ TiB2/7050 composite and TA2 were firstly attempted to join by TIG welding-brazing technique. The result was that the intact welding-brazing butt joint was successfully fabricated. The joint presents dual characteristics, being a brazing on TA2 side and a welding on TiB2/7050 side. At brazing joint side, ER4043 filler metal effectively wets on TA2 under TIG heating condition, and a continuous interfacial reaction layer with 1—3μm is formed at welded metal/TA2 interface. The whole interfacial reaction layers are composed of Ti(AlSi)3 intermetallic compounds (IMCs), but their morphologies at the different regions present obvious distinguishes. The microhardness of the reaction layers is as much as 141—190 HV. At welding joints side, the fusion zone appears the equixaed crystal structure, and the grain sizes are much smaller than those of welded metal, which is attributed to the effect of TiB2 particulates from the melted TiB2/7050 on acceleration formation and inhibiting growth for the new crystal nucleus. The tensile test results show that average tensile strength of the optimal welding-brazing joint is able to achieve 138 MPa. The failure of the tensile joint occurs by quasi-cleavage pattern, and the cracks initiate from the IMCs layer at the groove surface of TA2 and propagate into the welded metal.  相似文献

In this study, 40CrMnSiB steel cylindrical shells were tempered at 350, 500 and 600 ℃ to study the effect of tempering temperature on the dynamic process of expansion and fracture of the metal shell. A mid-explosion recovery experiment for the metal cylinder under internal explosive loading was designed, and the wreckage of the casings at the intermediate phase was obtained. The effects of different tempering temperatures on the macroscopic and microscopic fracture characteristics of 40CrMnSiB steel were studied. The influence of tempering temperatures on the fracture characteristic parameters of the recovered wreckage were measured and analyzed, including the circumferential divide size, the thick-ness and the number of the circumferential divisions. The results show that as the tempering temper-ature was increased from 350 to 600 ℃, at first, the degree of fragmentation and the fracture characteristic parameters of the recovered wreckage changed significantly and then became essentially consistent. Scanning electron microscopy analysis revealed flow-like structure characteristics caused by adiabatic shear on different fracture surfaces. At the detonation initiation end of the casing, fracturing was formed by tearing along the crack, which existed a distance from the initiation end and propagated along the axis direction. In contrast, the fracturing near the middle position consists of a plurality of radial shear fracture units. The amount of alloy carbide that was precipitated during the tempering process increased continuously with tempering temperature, leading to an increasing number of spherical carbide particles scattered around the fracture surface.  相似文献

Fluoropolymers get increasing attention in energetic materials application due to the high fluorine content. To explore the effect of poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) (P(VDF-HFP)) on Al/MnO2 nanothermite, the samples with different contents are prepared and characterized by SEM, TG-DSC, XRD, and their ignition and combustion behavior are tested and recorded. The results show that P(VDF-HFP) as an energetic binder can combine the nanothermite components together, even exist in the gaps. The integrity of energetic materials has been improved. Thermal analysis shows that the addition of P(VDF-HFP) greatly changes the thermal reaction processes, and the exothermic peaks appear early, but the utilization of fuel and oxidizer is not efficient from the XRD results. Furthermore, the appropriate addition of P(VDF-HFP) can directly reduce the ignition energy threshold and increase the combustion time, which is necessary for the potential ignition charge application. The possible reasons for above phenomena are discussed and analyzed. This research provides a reference for improvement of thermite-based ignition charge formulation.  相似文献

The dynamic modeling, finite-time trajectory tracking control and vibration suppression of a flexible two-link space robot are studied. Firstly, the dynamic model of the system is established by combining Lagrange method with assumed mode method. In order to ensure that the base attitude and the joints of space robot can reach the desired positions within a limited time, a non-singular fast terminal sliding mode (NFTSM) controller is designed, which realizes the finite-time convergence of the trajectory tracking errors. Subsequently, for the sake of suppressing the vibrations of flexible links, a hybrid tra-jectory based on the concept of the virtual control force is developed, which can reflect the flexible modes and the trajectory tracking errors simultaneously. By modifying the original control scheme, a NFTSM hybrid controller is proposed. The hybrid control scheme can not only realized attitude stabili-zation and trajectory tracking of joints in finite time, but also provide a new method of vibration sup-pression. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the designed hybrid control strategy.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the dynamic tracking control of ammunition manipulator system. A standard state space model for the ammunition manipulator electro-hydraulic system (AMEHS) with inherent non-linearities and uncertainties considered was established. To simultaneously suppress the violation of tracking error constraints and the complexity of differential explosion, a barrier Lyapunov functions-based dynamic surface control (BLF-DSC) method was proposed for the position tracking control of the ammunition manipulator. Theoretical analysis prove the stability of the closed-loop overall system and the tracking error converges to a prescribed neighborhood asymptotically. The effectiveness and dynamic tracking performance of the proposed control strategy is validated via simulation and experi-mental results.  相似文献

The aerodynamic characteristics are vital for short cylindrical Terminal Sensitive Bullets(TSB)with low aspect ratio,especially in terminal trajectory.Currently,there is little research in terms of the TSB and short cylinder with two free ends,and particularly in this trajectory,where the scanning angle β and roll angle α vary over a broad range between 0° and 180°.In this work,wind tunnel experiments are first conducted to learn the effects of Reynolds number and scanning angle on aerodynamic parameters for short cylinder with aspect ratio L/D = 1.Similar to infinite cylinder,for the short cylinder with two free ends,the drag crisis phenomenon still exists in the critical regime 1.7 × 105 ≤ Re ≤ 6.8 × 105.Then 3D simulations are performed to demonstrate the aerodynamic characteristics of short cylinder and TSB over a broad range of Re,L/D,α and β.The sensitivity analysis of time step and grid are presented as well.When β=0°,for short cylinder,the drag crisis phenomenon was also observed in the simulation,but not as obvious as in the wind tunnel test.In some attitudes,there is an obvious Kármán vortex in the wake of short cylinder and TSB.The correlation between time-averaged aerodynamic coefficients and L/D,Re,α&β is discussed.The vortex shedding frequency and shear layer behavior are obtained for quasi-steady and unsteady flow.Finally,the effect of end's shape on drag reduction and vortex shedding frequency is analyzed.  相似文献
