影响图的空战机动决策方法

首先阐明了空战机动决策的概念和作用;然后针对几种常用空战机动决策方法的缺陷,分析了影响图在表示和求解不确定性决策问题上的优势,提出了空战机动决策的影响图方法;进而建立了基于该方法的二维单机单目标空战机动决策模型,并针对两种典型的空战情形进行了仿真.仿真结果表明该空战机动决策方法能够有效地导引战机格斗.     

非线性系统中的机动目标跟踪算法

对于非线性系统中的机动目标跟踪问题 ,首先针对“当前”统计模型的缺陷提出了一种修正算法 ,然后应用转换测量Kalman滤波算法进行跟踪。仿真结果表明在非线性观测条件下 ,算法明显提高了对弱机动和非机动目标的跟踪性能 ,同时保持了对强机动目标的高性能跟踪     

钢丝网水泥薄壳穹顶技术应用研究

结合实际工程,介绍了钢丝网水泥薄壳穹顶的施工特点及难点、以及施工管理方法,总结了施工工艺,与传统的罐室结构施工方法进行对比,发现该技术具有用料省、造价低,工期短、进度快,减少支架、节约模板数量,工作效率高等特点。并对罐室结构推广采用钢丝网水泥薄壳穹顶提出了改用粗直径、大网眼的钢丝网,增加肋梁箍筋,考虑设置通风降温装置等改进意见。     

PREVENTIVE ATTACKS AGAINST NUCLEAR PROGRAMS AND THE “SUCCESS” AT OSIRAQ

Advocates of the preventive use of force against emerging nuclear, biological, or chemical programs often look to the allegedly successful 1981 Israeli airstrike against Iraqi nuclear facilities at Osiraq. According to the conventional wisdom, this attack may have prevented Iraq from going nuclear before Operation Desert Storm in 1991. This article assesses the claim that the 1981 attack substantially delayed Iraqi acquisition of nuclear weapons, both by revisiting older debates and by introducing new evidence from Iraqi scientists. The article casts doubt on the conclusion that the attack was successful for three reasons: (1) the reactor itself was not well equipped to generate plutonium for a nuclear weapon; (2) illegal plutonium production would likely have caused a cutoff in the supply of nuclear fuel and an end to weapons activities; and (3) the attack may have actually increased Saddam's commitment to acquiring weapons. These conclusions have implications for the Bush Doctrine, as the lack of success in 1981 casts doubt on the possible success of future attacks against nuclear programs.

听力理解在英语教学中的重要性已经受到教育工作者的普遍重视,但对于分级教学中出现的听力理解问题及对策少有研究。两年来,通过对武警学院英语分级教学情况的跟踪调查,研究探讨A班学生在听力学习方面的问题,并提出相应的解决方法,从而为今后的分级教学总结经验。     

一种改进的变异粒子群算法研究

粒子群优化算法PSO(Partic le Swarm Optim ization)是一类性能优越的寻优算法。但由于早熟问题,影响了算法性能的发挥。针对这一问题,引入粒子距离的概念,提出一种新的PSO改进方法(称为NA-PSO)。通过求解组网雷达的系统偏差,表明了NA-PSO算法的可行性,与对比方法相比较,能有效配准,且具有更好的收敛精度和更快的进化速度。     

齿轮箱故障诊断特征级数据关联方法研究

提出了齿轮箱故障诊断特征级数据关联的定义．在该定义的基础上,提出了基于Bootstrap方法的小样本诊断特征参数关联的方法．利用某型齿轮箱振动试验台测取的振动加速度响应信号对提取的特征参数进行了关联评估,基于Bootstrap方法的特征级数据关联方法正确区分出了效果不好的特征参数,证实了该数据关联方法的正确性．     

一种直线段匹配的新方法

直线特征在人造目标和环境中普遍存在,直线段的匹配是三维重建等应用领域的首要解决问题.一般单直线的匹配方法难以解决被部分遮挡直线的匹配问题,提出了一种基于极线约束和RANSAC算法的匹配方法.对直线段上的点运用基于极线约束的匹配方法在另一幅图像中进行点的同名匹配,采用RANSAC算法建立直线模型,剔除野值,得到匹配直线段.本方法能有效地解决图像中被部分遮挡直线段的匹配问题,仿真实验和实际图像实验证实了本算法的正确性和高精度.     

The Botswana Defence Force and the War against Poachers in Southern Africa

‘Semper aliquid novi Africa affert’ (out of Africa this is always something new) wrote the Roman scholar Pliny the Elder, and that has been all too true of catastrophe and misery in modern times. Yet despite Africa's problems, the continent also offers many examples of humankind's most commendable achievements. This is one such story. It is the account of the successful struggle by a small but well disciplined and well led African army to protect a vital national resource, a role performed with dedication and consistent success since 1987. The fight against poaching in Botswana is a peculiar form of low-intensity conflict that poses significant political, operational and technical challenges. This article identifies some of those challenges and notes how the Botswana Defence Force overcame them, providing an example that may profitably be emulated elsewhere. The article also calls attention to evolution of military roles and missions in reaction to the novel threats of post the Cold War world.
