GMSK跳频通信干扰样式的自动识别

以FH-GMSK(frequency hopping-gaussian filtered minimum shift keying)通信系统作为载体对跳频通信的干扰样式识别进行研究,从跳频通信接收信号中联合提取干扰的时域、频域和时频域特征,得到了一组稳定性好、对干信比不敏感的特征参数,在不需要干扰先验知识的情况下对FH-GMSK通信系统中常用的干扰样式进行了自动识别.仿真结果表明:该方法对跳频通信常见的干扰信号在不同干信比的情况下能获得很高的正确识别率.     

基于多假设跟踪弹道导弹主动段跟踪算法

针对弹道导弹主动段防御中多枚弹道导弹同时跟踪问题,提出了基于多假设思想的主动段跟踪算法.重点阐述了该算法中假设生成、假设概率计算、假设约简以及假设剪枝等环节.从工程实用的角度出发,采用求解一个线性分配问题(LAP)方法得到M个最优假设,大大减少了假设数量,并运用N-scan回溯剪枝方法对假设进行剪枝,确定要输出的航迹,提高了算法的效率和实用性.仿真实验表明,该算法能够对主动段多枚弹道导弹目标准确关联跟踪.     

Performances and direct writing of CL-20 based ultraviolet curing explosive ink

A new type of explosive ink formulation that can be quickly cured was prepared with unsaturated polyester as binder,styrene as active monomer,2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl-diphenylphosphine oxide as photoinitiator,and hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane (CL-20) as the main explosive.Then the explosive ink direct writing technology was used to charge the micro-sized energetic devices,the curing mechanism of the explosive ink was discussed,and the microstructure,safety performance and explosive transfer performance of the explosive ink molded samples were tested and analyzed.Results indicate that the composite material has a fast curing molding speed,its hardness can reach 2H within 8 min.The crystal form of CL-20 in the molded sample is still ε type.The CL-20 based W-curing explosive ink formulation has good compatibility,its apparent activation energy is increased by about 3.5 kJ/mol.The composite presents a significant reduction in impact sensitivity and its characteristic drop height can reach 39.8 cm,which is about 3 times higher than the raw material.When the line width of charge is 1.0 mm,the critical thickness of the explosion can reach 0.015 mm,and the explosion velocity is 7129 m/s when the charge density is 1.612 g/cm3.     

三维介质体的时域散射分析

用时间递推(marching-on in-time,MOT)方法求解了电磁场时域耦合积分方程,计算了均匀介质体的表面等效电流和表面等效磁流,得到时域散射远场并给出了详细推导过程。举例比较了将时域散射用Fourier变化后在频域的RCS和频域直接求得的RCS,以说明该算法的正确性。     

QF炮膛擦拭剂的研制

介绍了QF炮膛擦拭剂的研制原理、配方、制备工艺、性能及应用情况。实验室理化性能测定和实际使用结果表明,该剂具有清洁能力强、防锈性好、使用方便等特点,对火炮射击结束后残留在炮膛内的火药残渣和尼龙残渣具有良好的去除作用,是一种应用前景广泛的武器装备维护保养新材料。

Efficient generation of cycle time‐throughput curves through simulation and metamodeling

A cycle time‐throughput (CT‐TH) curve, which quantifies the relationship of long‐run average cycle time to throughput rate, plays an important role in strategic planning for manufacturing systems. In this paper, a nonlinear regression metamodel supported by queueing theory is developed to represent the underlying CT‐TH curve implied by a manufacturing simulation model. To estimate the model efficiently, simulation experiments are built up sequentially using a multistage procedure. 基于焊接机器人的快速再制造成形系统

建立了基于焊接机器人的快速再制造成形系统,该系统主要由扫描反求系统、机器人系统和熔敷成形系统3部分组成,可以对磨损零件进行扫描反求,进而得到其再制造模型,再配以工艺进行路径规划,最后由机器人夹持焊枪对零件进行修复.     

盘形圆弧砂轮曲面磨削几何模型

砂轮外形、加工轨迹、运动轴组合方式、工件摆放方式等的差异都会引起曲面磨削加工模型的变化,加工几何模型是实施曲面磨削首要解决的问题。建立盘形圆弧砂轮的几何模型,通过磨削点法向量匹配,建立工件点和砂轮点的一一映射关系,经过坐标变换可以得到相应的刀具运动轨迹,用于磨削加工。形成统一的盘形砂轮曲面磨削几何模型,并给出刀具运动轨迹的计算流程。该磨削模型适用范围广,有效解决了多种曲面磨削过程的刀具轨迹生成问题,实现了高精度的曲面磨削加工。
