老子军事人道主义政治观刍议

老子以“道法自然”、“天道尚慈”为法理依据,提出了军事人道主义政治观,对战争的本质、性质和起源以及军事战略战术原则作了独具匠心的回答。“处柔、主静、守中”是《老子》军事人道主义政治观的三大基本运行法则。道家对“人”的终极关怀,“以正治国、无为而治”的政治艺术,“处柔克刚”、“不争而善胜”、“恬然为上”的战略思想以及“欲擒故纵”、“以奇用兵”等战术理念是中国政治文化史上的宝贵精神财富,至今对现代军事政治文化研究仍不失借鉴价值。     

椭圆轨道上空间飞行器的编队飞行轨道设计

针对椭圆轨道上空间飞行器的编队飞行,基于开普勒轨道方程推导了一组新的相对运动方程,该方程组采用轨道要素表示,可直接用于编队的轨道设计。分析了一些典型的相对运动轨迹及编队轨道的精度,在此基础上,设计了线性编队和垂直圆编队。仿真结果验证了这种方法是有效的。     

Numerical investigation on cooling performance of filter in a pyrotechnic gas generator

As a key part of the pyrotechnic gas generator,the filter not only removes the particulate matter but also cools the hot gas to a safe level.This paper aims to improve the understanding of the basic heat and flow phenomenon in the gas generator.The pyrotechnic gas generator is modelling by a simplified filter structure with fiber arrays.A finite-volume model of the heat and fluid flow is proposed to simulate the detailed multi-dimensional flow and energy conversion behaviors.Several verification results are in good agreement with data in different references.Simulation results demonstrate that the filter can not only absorb heat from the gas but also cause the high intensity enhancement of the heat transfer.The per-formance difference between inline and staggered arrays is also discussed.The findings of the study put a further prediction tool for the understanding and design of the filter system with fibers.     

Hypersonic impact flash characteristics of a long-rod projectile collision with a thin plate target

Impact flash occurs when objects collide at supersonic speeds and can be used for real-time damage assessment when weapons rely on kinetic energy to destroy targets.However,the mechanism of impact flash remains unclear.A series of impact flash experiments of flat-head long-rod projectiles impacting thin target plates were performed with a two-stage light gas gun.The impact flash spectra for 6061 aluminum at 1.3-3.2 km/s collision speeds were recorded with a high-speed camera,a photoelectric sensor,and a time-resolved spectrometer.The intensity of the impact flash exhibited a pulse charac-teristic with time.The intensity(I)increased with impact velocity(V0)according to I∝Vn0,where n = 4.41 for V0 ＞ 2 km/s.However,for V0 ＜ 2 km/s,n = 2.21,and the intense flash duration is an order of magnitude less than that of higher V0.When V0 ＞ 2 km/s,a continuous spectrum(thermal radiation background)was observed and increased in intensity with V0.However,for V0 ＜ 2 km/s,only atomic line spectra were detected.There was no aluminum spectral lines for V0 ＜ 2 km/s,which indicated that it had not been vaporized.The initial intense flash was emission from excited and ionized ambient gases near the impact surface,and had little relationship with shock temperature rise,indicating a new mechanism of impact flash.     

不同游戏方式下的暴力网络游戏对大学生攻击性的影响

目的:探讨不同游戏方式下的暴力网络游戏对不同攻击性特质大学生攻击性的影响。方法:采用攻击性特质问卷、词汇决策任务和竞争反应时任务对60名大学生进行问卷和实验研究。结果:在不同游戏方式下,被试表现出的攻击性认知和行为存在显著差异(F(2,52)=4.41,P<0.05;F(1,52)=50.06,P<0.001)。高、低攻击性特质者在游戏后的攻击性认知和行为上存在显著差异(F(1,52)=15.25,P<0.001;F(1,52)=82.35,P<0.001)。结论:不同游戏方式下的暴力网络游戏对大学生的攻击性存在不同的影响,相比竞争游戏和单人游戏,合作游戏是一种较好的游戏方式,可以在一定程度减少大学生,特别是高攻击性特质大学生的攻击性认知和行为。此外,暴力网络游戏对大学生攻击性认知和攻击性行为的影响存在一致性。     

国防科技工业企业信息模型的标准化思考

本文从国防科技工业企业信息化发展需要和信息技术应用标准化整体发展需要两个方面出发,论述了国防科技工业企业信息模型标准编制的必要性及作用,并提出了该系列模型标准的定位和整体框架,阐述了其标准化工作开展的思路与方法。     

装备质量监控中模糊评价装备质量模型的研究

装备质量的评价,是我军后勤工作的重要课题,质量评估的准确性、合理性,一定程度上影响着我军装备的使用和发展。本文提出了一种较科学的装备质量评估的模型和方案。

在OPCW第18次水平考试土样中检测到一未知化合物,经多种分析技术测定,判断可能是甲基三硫代膦酸二乙酯．对合成甲基三硫代膦酸二乙酯的反应液进行了气相色谱一质谱测定,并对此反应液中的部分产物进行了质谱解析．     

Machine scheduling with an availability constraint and job delivery coordination

In this paper we study the scheduling problem that considers both production and job delivery at the same time with machine availability considerations. Only one vehicle is available to deliver jobs in a fixed transportation time to a distribution center. The vehicle can load at most K jobs as a delivery batch in one shipment due to the vehicle capacity constraint. The objective is to minimize the arrival time of the last delivery batch to the distribution center. Since machines may not always be available over the production period in real life due to preventive maintenance, we incorporate machine availability into the models. Three scenarios of the problem are studied. For the problem in which the jobs are processed on a single machine and the jobs interrupted by the unavailable machine interval are resumable, we provide a polynomial algorithm to solve the problem optimally. For the problem in which the jobs are processed on a single machine and the interrupted jobs are nonresumable, we first show that the problem is NP‐hard. We then propose a heuristic with a worst‐case error bound of 1/2 and show that the bound is tight. For the problem in which the jobs are processed on either one of two parallel machines, where only one machine has an unavailable interval and the interrupted jobs are resumable, we propose a heuristic with a worst‐case error bound of 2/3. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 浅谈我国中小企业风险投资发展

随着国民经济的战略性调整,我国的中小企业将越来越多,越来越活,这给中小企业的发展带来了机遇,也带来了竞争。我国经贸委对中小企业的现状进行了调查,发现中小企业目前面临的主要困难是融资困难,资金短缺经济成为制约中小企业方发展的主要因素。如何改变这一“瓶颈”是我国当前需要解决的一道难题。本论文从风险投资角度进行研究,结合我国目前中小企业的发展状况为研究依据,分析了我国目前中小企业发展风险投资的问题和不足,提出了一系列的对策建议。
