用小波包变换降低 MCM 系统中并存的脉冲干扰和窄带干扰的影晌

小波包变换可以给出信号精细的时频局域化特性，本文通过对信号进行小波包变换，导出了用小波包变换实现多载波调制（MCM）的系统模型，在此基础上研究了用小波包时频分解特性对信号进行变换，从而降低MCM系统中并存的脉冲噪声和窄带干扰的影响，并给出了如何选取时频单元进行变换的算法。     

快速JPDA算法的递归和并行实现

本文从联合关联事件的构造出发，讨论关联假设事件的分层构造，以达到降低计算量的目的。这里的层次可从０取到Ｌ，０层表示没有任何目标能够跟当前的观测数据关联，Ｌ层表示共有Ｌ个目标可以跟当前扫描得到的观测数据相关联。本文的关联事件的构造中，各层次的搜索具有递归性并可以独立进行，因而可以并行实现。文中还将本文的方法跟有关文献作了比较，并且给出相应的计算机仿真实验及其结果。     

潜艇上浮运动数值计算方法的研究与验证

预报潜艇上浮运动是探索研究潜艇上浮运动控制规律以及潜艇安全上浮的前提。就潜艇上浮运动的数值计算方法和计算流程进行了详细介绍,对数值计算方法中的湍流模型及离散格式等进行了优选。基于模型上浮试验结果,对数值计算的不确定度进行了分析且对数值计算结果进行了验证。证明了该数值计算的可靠性,并发现数值计算结果与试验结果很接近,验证了该数值计算方法的可行性,说明该数值计算方法和试验可为潜艇上浮运动的研究提供参考和借鉴。     

A proof for the longest-job-first policy in one-machine scheduling

We consider a one-machine scheduling problem with earliness and tardiness penalties. All jobs are assigned a common due date and the objective is to minimize the total penalty due to job earliness and tardiness. We are interested in finding the optimal combination of the common due-date value and the job sequence. Despite the fact that this problem in general is very hard to solve, we prove that there exists at least a common property for all optimal solutions: The first job in an optimal sequence is one of the longest jobs. We also prove that this property holds for a general class of unimodal penalty functions.     

Single‐machine scheduling with deadlines to minimize the total weighted late work

We consider scheduling a set of jobs with deadlines to minimize the total weighted late work on a single machine, where the late work of a job is the amount of processing of the job that is scheduled after its due date and before its deadline. This is the first study on scheduling with the late work criterion under the deadline restriction. In this paper, we show that (i) the problem is unary NP‐hard even if all the jobs have a unit weight, (ii) the problem is binary NP‐hard and admits a pseudo‐polynomial‐time algorithm and a fully polynomial‐time approximation scheme if all the jobs have a common due date, and (iii) some special cases of the problem are polynomially solvable.     

基于混合优化的前馈—反馈复合控制器最优设计

为了解决传统PID控制器在电动舵机系统设计中难以满足控制要求的问题,首先设计了一种规范化前馈-反馈控制系统,然后利用混沌优化算法和共轭梯度方法相结合的混合优化算法对前馈-反馈控制器参数进行了优化.仿真结果表明:基于混合优化算法的前馈-反馈控制器具有很好的动态和静态性能,增强了系统的稳定性和鲁棒性,降低了学习参数选择的盲目性和对经验的高度依赖性.     

浅谈汽车炸弹的特点和防范手段

简述了汽车炸弹的特点及其实施战术,提出防范汽车炸弹的几种方法。一是研究爆炸物探测原理,配备先进的爆炸物探测装备;二是部署拦截装置;三是通过各种工程措施加强对重要目标的防护。     

弹丸速度的数字化激光幕测试技术

针对传统弹丸速度测量方法的局限,提出一种新的弹丸速度测试技术——数字化激光幕结合互相关速度测量算法的测试技术,并给出了激光总体测速方案、测速原理以及互相关测速方法,经靶场试验验证测试效果良好。

加强制度化建设是人民军队思想政治教育创新发展的本质要求和必然趋势。中华人民共和国成立60年来,人民军队思想政治教育制度化的发展经历了社会主义革命与建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期两个阶段。其发展历程表明,思想政治教育制度化建设日益增强、愈加重要是一种趋势;思想政治教育制度化建设是保证思想政治教育科学化的重要途径;思想政治教育制度化建设必须顺应时代要求,体现时代特色。
