信息化建设相对滞后的企业如何开展CALS工作

CALS工作与企业信息化紧密联系。本文分析了信息化相对落后企业的现状及原因,对企业如何开展CALS工作提出了具体做法,并就应重点处理的问题进行了阐述。     

CPN仿真的C4ISR体系结构验证评估

在分析基于CPN (Colored Petri Net)仿真的体系结构验证评估过程的基础上,对体系结构产品到可执行模型的转换方法进行了探讨,并结合实例利用具体信息系统对其体系结构进行了逻辑验证、行为和效能评估.     

基于RSPWVD的多分量FM信号盲分离

针对多分量任意形式的调频(FM)信号,利用平滑重排伪wigner-ville分布(RSPWVD)作为时频分析工具,平滑可以抑制各信号之间的交叉项,但会引起信号项的平滑,降低时频聚集性,通过重排可以提高时频聚集性.把RSPWVD的结果作为图像,利用Viterbi算法作进一步处理,分离信号分量.仿真结果表明,在未知任何信号先验知识的条件下,可以准确分离各个信号分量,得到精确的瞬时频率(IF)估计.     

旧中国海军鱼雷艇部队发展史略

从清朝末年开始,中国海军就追随世界海军发展的潮流,着手购买和列装鱼雷艇.在此后的数十年间,清朝和民国先后向德国、英国及日本购买了50多艘鱼雷艇,并组建了鱼雷艇部队.在近现代的几次对外战争中,也多次出现过中国海军鱼雷艇的身影.由于种种原因,旧中国海军的鱼雷艇未能在战争中发挥出应有的作用.     

C4ISR系统需求模型化开发方法研究

本文分析了软件需求和军事需求之间的区别,论证了军事需求的独特性及其面临的问题,并结合我军指挥信息系统需求研究的实践,提出了C4ISR系统需求模型化开发方法,包括需求模型化的过程、需求模型的组成及描述方式.     

Technical note: Reexamination of all‐or‐none inspection policies in a supply chain with endogenous product quality

This note studies the optimal inspection policies in a supply chain in which a manufacturer purchases components from a supplier but has no direct control of component quality. The manufacturer uses an inspection policy and a damage cost sharing contract to encourage the supplier to improve the component quality. We find that all‐or‐none inspection policies are optimal for the manufacturer if the supplier's share of the damage cost is larger than a threshold; otherwise, the manufacturer should inspect a fraction of a batch. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Detection of a Markovian target with optimization of the search efforts under generalized linear constraints

This paper deals with search for a target following a Markovian movement or a conditionally deterministic motion. The problem is to allocate the search efforts, when search resources renew with generalized linear constraints. The model obtained is extended to resource mixing management. New optimality equations of de Guenin's style are obtained. Practically, the problem is solved by using an algorithm derived from the FAB method. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Inventory control under substitutable demand: A stochastic game application

Substitutable product inventory problem is analyzed using the concepts of stochastic game theory. It is assumed that there are two substitutable products that are sold by different retailers and the demand for each product is random. Game theoretic nature of this problem is the result of substitution between products. Since retailers compete for the substitutable demand, ordering decision of each retailer depends on the ordering decision of the other retailer. Under the discounted payoff criterion, this problem is formulated as a two‐person nonzero‐sum stochastic game. In the case of linear ordering cost, it is shown that there exists a Nash equilibrium characterized by a pair of stationary base stock strategies for the infinite horizon problem. This is the unique Nash equilibrium within the class of stationary base stock strategies. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 一种克服火控系统假定误差的方法

阐述了假定误差是当前高炮火控系统的最大误差 ,也是最难克服的误差 ,借鉴航空火控的热线原理 ,利用人对机动目标的模糊预测能力 ,提出了一种人机结合的火控系统工作原理。这是高炮火控系统克服假定误差的一种途径     

防空兵作战战场环境的仿真

战场环境的仿真就是利用虚拟三维仿真技术形象地模拟防空兵作战指挥训练场景及训练过程,合理构造系统总体结构框架,设计防空兵作战战场环境的基本模块:地形地貌、天空体、气象、大气、高炮导弹战车等模型、战场态势、空情处理、声音以及通信等.重点讨论基于遥感、DEM、分形算法等技术地形匹配技术,基于半球体网格的天空体模型,以及空情航迹滤波算法,基于粒子系统的烟雾处理等,对开展防空兵战技训练及有关软件的研制具有一定的理论和实践参考价值.
