美俄日国防科技工业管理体制及特点

当前,我国国防科技工业管理体制改革正在不断深化,充分吸收和借鉴美国、俄罗斯、日本等军工大国的国防科技工业管理经验,必定有助于我们选择科学的、符合国防科技工业管理规律的管理体制。本文总结分析了美国、俄罗斯和日本的国防科技工业管理体制及特点,并对我国国防科技工业管理体制改革提出了几点启示。     

空间信息获取系统建模与分析*

分析了空间信息获取系统概念和运作过程,建立了空间信息获取系统的SysML模型以及赋时CPN模型：通过CPNTools状态空间分析工具,验证了空间信息获取系统的逻辑性;运用CPNTools对模型进行仿真,依据仿真数据分析了空间信息获取系统的性能,并给出了空间信息获取系统的改进建议。     

Inventory policies for a make‐to‐order system with a perishable component and fixed ordering cost

We consider a make‐to‐order production system where two major components, one nonperishable (referred to as part 1) and one perishable (part 2), are needed to fulfill a customer order. In each period, replenishment decisions for both parts need to be made jointly before demand is realized and a fixed ordering cost is incurred for the nonperishable part. We show that a simple (s_n,S,S) policy is optimal. Under this policy, S along with the number of backorders at the beginning of a period if any and the availability of the nonperishable part (part 1) determines the optimal order quantity of the perishable part (part 2), while (s_n,S) guide when and how much of part 1 to order at each state. Numerical study demonstrates that the benefits of using the joint replenishment policy can be substantial, especially when the unit costs are high and/or the profit margin is low. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Kernel estimation of quantile sensitivities

Quantiles, also known as value‐at‐risks in the financial industry, are important measures of random performances. Quantile sensitivities provide information on how changes in input parameters affect output quantiles. They are very useful in risk management. In this article, we study the estimation of quantile sensitivities using stochastic simulation. We propose a kernel estimator and prove that it is consistent and asymptotically normally distributed for outputs from both terminating and steady‐state simulations. The theoretical analysis and numerical experiments both show that the kernel estimator is more efficient than the batching estimator of Hong 9 . © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 空军雷达兵部队计量保障信息管理系统平台设计

在现有指挥自动化网络的基础上,针对雷达装备计量保障信息化建设,提出构建空军雷达兵部队计量保障信息管理系统平台,给出平台的体系结构、数据库设计和系统平台的工作流程等初步设计方案,为提高雷达装备计量保障信息化管理提供了前期的技术预研.经实际应用证明,该设计方案能够较好的解决雷达装备计量保障资源信息管理和计量保障计划的自动生成等问题.     

模糊综合评判方法在雷达技术等级评定中的应用

以影响雷达战术性能的重要程度为依据,选定主要技术指标为因素集,采用模糊综合评判的方法对雷达技术等级进行评判.提出了一种以测试数据为基础的针对每一个因素的单因素评判方法,并以某型雷达装备的技术等级评定为例,给出了模糊综合评判的详细求解过程.所提出的评判方法可运用于雷达装备大修后的技术等级评定.     

信息化建设相对滞后的企业如何开展CALS工作

CALS工作与企业信息化紧密联系。本文分析了信息化相对落后企业的现状及原因,对企业如何开展CALS工作提出了具体做法,并就应重点处理的问题进行了阐述。     

CPN仿真的C4ISR体系结构验证评估

在分析基于CPN (Colored Petri Net)仿真的体系结构验证评估过程的基础上,对体系结构产品到可执行模型的转换方法进行了探讨,并结合实例利用具体信息系统对其体系结构进行了逻辑验证、行为和效能评估.     

基于RSPWVD的多分量FM信号盲分离

针对多分量任意形式的调频(FM)信号,利用平滑重排伪wigner-ville分布(RSPWVD)作为时频分析工具,平滑可以抑制各信号之间的交叉项,但会引起信号项的平滑,降低时频聚集性,通过重排可以提高时频聚集性.把RSPWVD的结果作为图像,利用Viterbi算法作进一步处理,分离信号分量.仿真结果表明,在未知任何信号先验知识的条件下,可以准确分离各个信号分量,得到精确的瞬时频率(IF)估计.
