基于MTA的攻击机系统外部设计的一种方法

以多任务攻击为研究对象,研究了以作战效能为准则的基本原理,以MTA(Mulit-TaskAttackera)在其作战生存期内的研制、试验、生产和维护总费用W作为作战效能指标,讨论了W的构成情况,阐述了MTA概念综合设计的主要任务,MTA典型可选方案和概念综合化设计模型系统的构成及典型MTA概念综合优化设计的基本算法,研究成果对军用飞机的概念综合优化设计具有重要理论和工程应用参考价值.     

自由贸易区对中蒙经济合作的影响

自由贸易区是自由经济区的一个功能类型。在中蒙边境二连浩特口岸 (对应口岸为扎门乌德 )地区辟建自由贸易区对中蒙双边经济合作将产生积极的影响 :跨边境的更广域范围内形成资源要素的最佳配置 ,提升中蒙边境经济乃至整个经济合作的内容和层次 ;提高对彼此的出口 ,积累各自所稀缺的资本技术及经验 ;大大刺激彼此为对象的直接投资 ;为边境区域经济发展创建一个“增长极” ,改善双边合作的经济环境 ,从而扩展两国经济合作的空间。     

基于模糊综合决策的军事信息网络效能评估

为了解决复杂战场环境下军事信息网络效能分析中存在的模糊性和不确定性,将模糊综合评判理论应用于军事信息网络。在介绍模糊综合评判决策模型和评估理论基础上,提出了军事信息网络效能评估指标体系,并通过实例仿真验证了使用方法的有效性和可行性。     

应用型本科高校课程改革：目标、体系改革探索

一种基于专家赋权的综合评价方法及其应用

在综合评价过程中,为了克服专家组给出的意见不一致性,提出了一种基于专家意见差异和判断矩阵一致性的客观专家赋权法,根据判断矩阵提供的信息为各专家的意见进行赋权,通过被评价元素的权重向量和专家权重值的线性加权来确定被评价元素的优劣,并且将此方法运用到综合评价各阶段,以达到优化决策的目的。算例表明,该方法可行有效。     

Multi-objectives nonlinear structure optimization for actuator in trajectory correction fuze subject to high impact loadings

This paper presents an actuator used for the trajectory correction fuze, which is subject to high impact loadings during launch. A simulation method is carried out to obtain the peak-peak stress value of each component, from which the ball bearings are possible failures according to the results. Subsequently, three schemes against impact loadings, full-element deep groove ball bearing and integrated raceway, needle roller thrust bearing assembly, and gaskets are utilized for redesigning the actuator to effectively reduce the bearings' stress. However, multi-objectives optimization still needs to be conducted for the gaskets to decrease the stress value further to the yield stress. Four gasket's structure parameters and three bearings' peak-peak stress are served as the four optimization variables and three objectives, respectively. Optimized Latin hypercube design is used for generating sample points, and Kriging model selected according to estimation result can establish the relationship between the variables and objec-tives, representing the simulation which is time-consuming. Accordingly, two optimization algorithms work out the Pareto solutions, from which the best solutions are selected, and verified by the simulation to determine the gaskets optimized structure parameters. It can be concluded that the simulation and optimization method based on these components is effective and efficient.     

少数民族地区汉语教学面临的问题及对策

这里所说的汉语教学是指少数民族地区对民族班学生所进行的第二语言教学。进行汉语教学,不仅要了解学生的汉语基础,了解母语对汉语学习的负面影响,也要准确把握汉语课的性质,优化汉语学习环境,处理好教学总体目标与具体教学目标之间的关系,并采取符合实际需要的教材和教学方法。     

解放战争时期毛泽东军队建设思想与实践之探讨

1946年6月爆发了中国人民解放战争。中国人民解放军仅用四年多的时间结束了国民党政府在中国大陆的统治。解放战争的胜利,与毛泽东的军队建设思想与实践密切相关。此时期,毛泽东的军队建设思想与实践主要包括:一,坚持和保证党对军队的绝对领导;二,“取给于敌”为主的壮大军队、扩充装备之途径,实现“以战养战”;三,从实战需要出发,利用战隙,强化军事训练,以提高战斗力;四,严明军纪,从严治军,以保证战争的胜利。     

A stochastic model for burn‐in procedures in accelerated environment

Burn‐in procedure is a manufacturing technique that is intended to eliminate early failures of system or product. Burning‐in a component or system means to subject it to a period of use prior to being used in field. Generally, burn‐in is considered expensive and so the length of burn‐in is typically limited. Thus, burn‐in is most often accomplished in an accelerated environment in order to shorten the burn‐in process. A new failure rate model for an accelerated burn‐in procedure, which incorporates the accelerated ageing process induced by the accelerated environmental stress, is proposed. Under a more general assumption on the shape of failure rate function of products, which includes the traditional bathtub‐shaped failure rate function as a special case, upper bounds for optimal burn‐in time will be derived.
