现代高技术海上局部战争的电磁环境极其恶劣 ,海上编队通信网络系统受到空前威胁。在给出了军事通信网络系统效能评估的数学模型之后 ,对海上编队通信网络系统的效能进行了评估和分析 ,探讨了提高海上编队通信网络系统效能的具体措施。     

高发射率远红外涂料的理论分析与实验研究

运用分子振动光谱、红外涂层模型和红外吸收系数迭加性等理论,对所选择的粘合剂、颜料和填料及其配制成的远红外涂料进行了详细的实验研究。结果表明,该种涂料是一种在8～12μm波段具有较强吸收性能的远红外涂料。     

计算机辅助动画系统 (GKDCAS)

The incentive effect of acceptance sampling plans in a supply chain with endogenous product quality

This article studies a firm that procures a product from a supplier. The quality of each product unit is measured by a continuous variable that follows a normal distribution and is correlated within a batch. The firm conducts an inspection and pays the supplier only if the product batch passes the inspection. The inspection not only serves the purpose of preventing a bad batch from reaching customers but also offers the supplier an incentive to improve product quality. The firm determines the acceptance sampling plan, and the supplier determines the quality effort level in either a simultaneous game or a Stackelberg leadership game, in which both parties share inspection cost and recall loss caused by low product quality. In the simultaneous game, we identify the Nash equilibrium form, provide sufficient conditions that guarantee the existence of a pure strategy Nash equilibrium, and find parameter settings under which the decentralized and centralized supply chains achieve the same outcome. By numerical experiments, we show that the firm's acceptance sampling plan and the supplier's quality effort level are sensitive to both the recall loss sharing ratio and the game format (i.e., the precommitment assumption of the inspection policy). © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于四元模糊数的鱼雷作战效能评估权重分析

权重计算是鱼雷作战效能评估中的一个关键问题,通常采用层次分析法计算指标权重.作为一种主观赋权方法,层次分析法忽略了专家经验的模糊性,基于此,提出了四元模糊数层次分析法确定指标权重.该方法将传统层次分析法判断矩阵的元素由一个确定的数推广到含有模糊信息的四元模糊数,并给出了方法模型和计算步骤.采用所提方法进行了鱼雷作战效能评估指标权重应用实例的计算,结果表明该方法是一种行之有效的权重计算方法.

Quay crane scheduling at container terminals to minimize the maximum relative tardiness of vessel departures

In this paper, we study the problem of scheduling quay cranes (QCs) at container terminals where incoming vessels have different ready times. The objective is to minimize the maximum relative tardiness of vessel departures. The problem can be formulated as a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model of large size that is difficult to solve directly. We propose a heuristic decomposition approach to breakdown the problem into two smaller, linked models, the vessel‐level and the berth‐level models. With the same berth‐level model, two heuristic methods are developed using different vessel‐level models. 一种改进的变步长归一化LMS算法

在以往的基于ＬＭＳ算法的研究中，归一化ＬＭＳ算法（ＮＬＭＳ）增大了算法的动态输入范围，但该算法对噪声很敏感。引入自相关的变步长ＬＭＳ算法（ＶＳＳＬＭＳ）不仅加快了收敛速度，可在非平稳状态下进行快速跟踪，而且消除了独立噪声的干扰，但它无法适应大范围的动态输入。本文综合它们的优点而得到的算法，在低信噪比和大范围的动态输入情况下都有良好的性能。
