火控系统BIT设计与实现

采用层级BIT设计架构,建立了系统级和模块级BIT系统设计模型。设计了PBIT、CBIT、IBIT测试项探测函数、恢复函数等节点属性的统一数据结构。引入故障树理论设计了PBIT、CBIT、IBIT通用自动遍历故障树测试算法,可以实现多种火控系统的"自下而上"的节点测试和"自上而下"的故障诊断。在某火控系统预研项目的应用表明,本BIT系统的设计方案合理可行,易于维护,可显著提高通用火控系统的测试性和可靠性。     

基于DSP+FPGA的飞控系统硬件平台设计

针对某浮空器飞控系统多接口通信、低功耗、小体积、低成本的应用需求,设计了基于DSP+FPGA的飞控系统硬件平台。介绍了硬件平台总体结构设计;对飞控系统的接口资源模块及系统电源模块进行了设计;通过单板调试和搭建集成测试平台对硬件平台的硬件特性及接口功能进行了验证。验证结果表明:硬件平台具有高数据处理性能、良好接口协同工作能力、低功耗、开发成本低等特点,能够满足飞控系统的工作需求。此硬件平台可广泛应用于导航监测领域,为今后飞控系统的设计提供了广阔的思路。     

Performance analysis of the cultural and creative industry: a network‐based approach

The cultural and creative industries (CCIs) in Taiwan have gradually contributed to the national economy under the impetus of government policies. We employ a two‐stage data envelopment analysis model with an additive efficiency decomposition approach to measure the profitability and marketability of 22 Taiwanese cultural and creative companies. Furthermore, we employ the network‐based ranking approach to identify benchmark inputs/outputs, and the strengths and weakness of each company. Our empirical results show that the profitability of the cultural and creative companies is better than their marketability. Companies in the industries of publishing, creative life, popular music, and cultural content averagely perform better than those in the other three types of CCIs in terms of profitability. Companies in the creative life industry are on average more efficient than those in the other five types of CCIs in terms of marketability. The profitability/marketability matrix of cultural and creative companies is also presented.     

基于HHT军用电源逆变器电力谐波检测分析

电能逆变器是军用电源系统的核心,为提高军用电源输出电压电力谐波分析效果,提出改进型希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)方法的检测分析方法,并设计基于LabVIEW平台的电压谐波检测和分析装置。在研究双闭环控制策略的基础上,针对模态混叠问题,先使用数字滤波器对输出电压信号进行预处理,再进行改进HHT分析,得到输出电压谐波分量的幅频分布,并利用MATLAB对军用电源逆变器模型进行仿真。结果表明该方法可以对军用电源变换器输出谐波分量实时检测和分析,计算精度高,分析效果好,为下一步的谐波抑制方法研究提供有力支持。     

新疆少数民族双语教师信息化教学能力现状及培训策略研究

如何提高新疆少数民族双语教师利用信息技术开展教学的能力,是双语教育的一个难题.国家和自治区投入了大量的时间和精力来提升少数民族双语教师的信息化教学能力,但始终没有收到显著效果.本研究采用调查研究法,对参加石河子大学“一年制”少数民族双语培训的教师进行问卷调查和访谈,通过研究新疆少数民族双语教师的信息化教学能力现状及存在的问题,提出针对少数民族双语教师的信息技术培训策略,为新疆少数民族地区的教育信息化建设以及少数民族双语教师的专业发展提供参考.     

Inventory competition with yield reliability improvement

This article studies the inventory competition under yield uncertainty. Two firms with random yield compete for substitutable demand: If one firm suffers a stockout, which can be caused by yield failure, its unsatisfied customers may switch to its competitor. We first study the case in which two competing firms decide order quantities based on the exogenous reliability levels. The results from the traditional inventory competition are generalized to the case with yield uncertainty and we find that quantity and reliability can be complementary instruments in the competition. Furthermore, we allow the firms to endogenously improve their yield reliability before competing in quantity. We show that the reliability game is submodular under some assumptions. The results indicate that the competition in quantity can discourage the reliability improvement. With an extensive numerical study, we also demonstrate the robustness of our analytical results in more general settings. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 军事训练演习数据汇集与融合系统的设计与实现

实现海量军事训练演习数据的汇集与融合,是生成相应的作战效能数据的基础。结合军事训练基地数据的收集与运用现状,提出了一个基于Web服务的多源异构数据汇集与融合系统的解决方案：运用XML Schema技术实现了异构数据模式的标准化转换,完成了多源数据的汇集;以作战平台为中心,以作战效能的各项影响因素为维度,实现了相关数据的融合。设计了系统的功能与架构并加以实现。运行情况表明,系统能够满足功能需求,具备良好的数据整合与处理能力。     

The dynamic lot size model with quantity discount: Counterexamples and correction

Federgruen and Lee ([3]) proposed an optimal algorithm for the single-item dynamic lot size model with all-unit discount. In this note we show that their algorithm fails to find the optimal solution for some special cases. We also provide a modification to the algorithm to handle them. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
