论我军军事训练政治工作的历史经验

梳理和考察我军军事训练政治工作的历史,总结经验并加以借鉴,如,军事训练政治工作必须紧紧围绕履行我军的历史使命展开;以发挥好服务保证作用为根本目标;坚持以思想政治教育为中心环节;坚持以开展好群众性练兵运动为基本形式等;对于切实做好新时期军事训练中的政治工作具有重要意义。     

结合新的时代条件发扬长征精神

新的历史条件下,认真学习长征历史,系统总结长征经验,深入挖掘长征精神内涵,大力弘扬长征精神,对于保持和发展党的先进性,全面贯彻落实科学发展观,有效履行新世纪新阶段我军历史使命,具有重要的时代意义。     

Ordering policies for an inventory system with three supply modes

This article explores ordering policies for inventory systems with three supply modes. This model is particularly interesting because the optimal ordering decision needs to balance the inventory and purchase costs, as well as the costs for earlier and later periods. The latter cost trade-off is present only in inventory systems with three or more supply modes. Therefore, the result not only offers guidelines for the operation of the concerned inventory systems, but also provides valuable insight into the complex cost trade-offs when more supply modes are available. We assume that the difference between the lead times is one period, and the inventory holding and shortage costs are linear. We analyze two cases and obtain the structure of the optimal ordering policy. Moreover, in the first case, explicit formulas are derived to calculate the optimal order-up-to levels. In the second case, although the optimal order-up-to levels are functions of the initial inventory state and are not obtained in closed form, their properties are discussed. We also develop heuristic ordering policies based on the news-vendor model. Our numerical experiments suggest that the heuristic policies perform reasonably well. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

Analysis of a two-component series system with a geometric process model

In this article, a geometric process model is introduced for the analysis of a two-component series system with one repairman. For each component, the successive operating times form a decreasing geometric process with exponential distribution, whereas the consecutive repair times constitute an increasing geometric process with exponential distribution, but the replacement times form a renewal process with exponential distribution. By introducing two supplementary variables, a set of partial differential equations is derived. These equations can be solved analytically or numerically. Further, the availability and the rate of occurrence of failure of the system are also determined. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

面向图计算应用的处理器访存通路优化设计与实现

针对图计算应用的访存特点,提出并实现一种支持高并发、乱序和异步访存的高并发访存模块(High Concurrency and high Performance Fetcher, HCPF)。通过软-硬件协同的设计方法,HCPF可同时处理192条共8种类型的内存访问请求,且访存粒度可由用户定义,满足图计算应用对海量低延迟细粒度数据访问的需求。同时,HCPF扩展了基于内存语义的跨计算节点定制互连技术,支持远程内存的细粒度直接访问,为后续实现分布式图计算框架提供技术基础。结合上述两个核心研究内容,基于流水线RISC-V处理器核,设计并实现了可支持HCPF的RISC-V片上系统(System-on-Chip,SoC)架构,搭建基于FPGA的原型验证平台,并使用自研测试程序对HCPF进行初步性能评测。实验结果表明,HCPF相比原有访存通路,最高可将基于数组和随机地址的两种随机内存访问性能分别提升至3.5倍和2.7倍。远程内存直接访问4 Byte数据的延时仅为1.63μs。     

基于统一理论框架的故障诊断模型及学习进化方法

本文以概率图理论为基础,系统研究了基于这一理论框架的故障诊断模型,对模型的构建方法以及在不同场景下的模型演化方案进行了探讨,使得在统一理论框架下可实现多模式系统故障诊断、耦合故障诊断、动态故障诊断、故障预测等复杂情形的诊断。为了弥补单独利用基于模型的方法和基于数据的方法的缺陷,研究了诊断模型的学习进化策略,实现了诊断效果的改进和优化。另外,对模型后续的能力扩展和可能的研究方向进行了展望,为后续理论研究提供了参考。     

采用改进遗传算法的舰载机保障调度方法

舰载机保障作业过程受到多种资源约束,同时可能存在突发事件的干扰。针对此特点,分析并制定干扰情况下的模型修正策略。在遗传算法中引入禁忌搜索算子改进传统遗传算法的变异操作,并通过具体实例进行仿真验证,其结果证明改进后的遗传算法在优化含干扰事件的多机保障问题时效率更高,并通过甘特图直观地反映重调度方案,为真实情况下有效处理舰载机保障过程中的干扰事件奠定理论基础。     

在求“变”中推进西南边防部队转型发展

西南边防部队驻防于我国西南边境地区,西起西藏自治区的日土县,东至广西壮族自治区的防城港市,担负着边防管控和边境防御作战等重要职能,在捍卫国家主权和安全中地位作用十分特殊。随着军队调整改革的深入落实,西南边防部队正处于转型重塑的关键时期,必须紧紧围绕新形势、新体制、新职能,着眼应急指挥、军事训练、边境管控、内外环境等关键要素和现实问题,在求"变"中推进创新发展,不断提升履职能力,切实为捍卫国家领土主权完整和维护边境稳定提供坚强保证。     

虚拟现实在心理战中的应用及展望

虚拟现实是用虚拟的情境模拟现实的世界,通过虚拟的多维空间,使用户体验到身临其境的感觉。文章通过深度剖析虚拟现实的历史沿革、发展现状与技术特点,结合其在军事中的运用以及发展前景,提出虚拟现实能够对心理战参战人员的心理训练、战场环境模拟和心理战效果评估提供借鉴和支持。     

试析新中国成立初期人民解放军学习苏军活动

新中国成立初期,人民解放军展开了学苏军活动。这次学苏军活动,经历了全面学习、有分析有批判地学习以及确立“以我为主”方针等三个历史阶段。通过学习、借鉴苏军经验,人民解放军技战术水平和协同作战能力有了很大提高,正规化现代化革命化建设取得显著成绩,同时也积累了许多值得借鉴的经验教训。
