夺占小型岛屿作战综合登陆舰编队展开点选择优化模型

针对综合登陆舰编队夺占小型岛屿作战中的威胁特点,确定了岸基航空兵对综合登陆舰的有效掩护区,建立了综合登陆舰展开点选择的优化模型,并给出了简单方便的图上作业法,为合理确定综合登陆舰的展开点提供了方法和依据。     

基于Hausdorff距离的SAR图像匹配方法

在传统基于边缘位置的Hausdorff距离匹配基础上,将边缘点的梯度方向信息引入到距离度量中。提出了一种新Hausdorff距离及相应的匹配算法,并将其应用到SAR图像匹配中。实验表明,该算法相对于传统的基于边缘位置的Hausdorff距离匹配算法鲁棒性有所改进。     

把逻辑植根于辩证唯物论基础之上——从起源、目的、研究方式、作用看逻辑的本质

按照辩证唯物论的观点,形式和内容是不可分离的.逻辑在本质上只是以形式的方法研究内容--对象间的最一般关系,绝非纯形式.逻辑的起源、目的、研究方式和作用充分证明了这一点.把握这一点,可以把逻辑与经验知识及真理恰切地沟通起来,对推进逻辑学的研究与发展有重要意义.     

基于相控阵雷达自适应波束形成的抗干扰技术

基于相控阵雷达自适应多波束,研究了相控阵雷达抗干扰的新方法,该方法把自适应波束调零控制技术、副瓣对消技术和极化选择抗干扰技术综合应用于相控阵接收多波束形成中,使相控阵雷达具有良好的抗干扰性能。     

关于进一步加强学院科研工作的思考

通过到八所军队院校的科研工作调研,总结了他们科研管理的成功经验,简要分析了我院科研工作存在的问题,对进一步加强学院科研工作进行了理性思考,提出了科研工作机制创新的设想。     

Influence of a liquid-filled compartment structure on the incoming shaped charge jet stability

Liquid-filled compartment structure consists of a bulk steel plate with matrix blind holes which are filled with liquid and a steel front plate to seal up the liquid with rings and bolts.The liquid-filled compart-ment structure can resist the shaped charge warhead effectively.This paper presents experimental and theoretical investigations of the penetration ability of the residual shaped charge jet emerging from the liquid-filled compartment structure after the penetration process at different impact angles.On the basis of shock wave propagation theory,the influence of the liquid-filled compartment structure on jet sta-bility is analysed.The interferences of the liquid backflow caused by a reflected shock wave and a back plate on jet stability under different impact angles are also examined.In addition,the range of the disturbed velocity segments of the jet at different impact angles and the penetration ability of the re-sidual jet are obtained.A theoretical model is validated against the experimental penetration depths.

区分常规导弹作战效能评估、作战能力评估、作战方案评估3个方面,系统梳理了常规导弹作战评估指标体系、评估方法、评估模型等研究现状,分析了存在的问题,探讨了需研究的重点和方向,可为后续研究常规导弹作战评估提供参考借鉴.     

水陆坦克双功率转换装置改进及应用分析

某型水陆坦克功率转换装置存在着操作不便的缺陷,影响了其机动性.为解决上述问题,在对相关技术进行深入研究的基础上,提出了采用电磁换向进行液压控制的双功率转换装置代替原有功率转换装置,并进行了台架和实车试验.试验表明,采用液压控制双功率转换装置,不仅提高了水陆坦克车辆操纵的灵活性和机动性,还彻底解决了以往驾驶员必须停车才能进行功率转换的被动局面.     

On the effectiveness of returns policies in the price‐dependent newsvendor model

We study in this paper the price‐dependent (PD) newsvendor model in which a manufacturer sells a product to an independent retailer facing uncertain demand and the retail price is endogenously determined by the retailer. We prove that for a zero salvage value and some expected demand functions, in equilibrium, the manufacturer may elect not to introduce buybacks. On the other hand, if buybacks are introduced in equilibrium, their introduction has an insignificant effect on channel efficiency improvement, but, by contrast, may significantly shift profits from the retailer to the manufacturer. We further demonstrate that the introduction of buybacks increases the wholesale price, retail price, and inventory level, as compared to the wholesale price‐only contract, and that the corresponding vertically integrated firm offers the lowest retail price and highest inventory level. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Mg／PTFE／添加剂红外诱饵剂的红外辐射性能研究

研究了Mg／PTFE／添加剂红外诱饵剂的压药直径和压药密度对红外辐射性能的影响。在同一种配方下,经过试验发现辐射强度同质量燃烧速度成线性关系;辐射强度随着压药密度的增加而减小,最后趋于稳定;有效辐射率随着压药密度和压药直径的改变变化不大,表明压药密度和压药直径对有效辐射率基本没有影响。
