基于可能度的信息化战场目标价值评估方法

目标价值评估是指挥员确定目标打击顺序与强度的前提和基础,是战场火力运用的基本依据.针对目标价值评估指标信息的复杂性及不确定性,采用基于可能度的决策方法评估战场目标价值,充分利用了全部指标信息,为指挥员合理选择打击目标提供了科学依据.     

一种高分辨雷达扩展目标信号模拟方法

从线性调频高分辨雷达着手,分析了扩展目标回波信号的特点,对线性调频信号进行了模拟,生成了扩展目标回波数据。最后用Matlab仿真实现了目标散射中心和多普勒速度的提取,验证了模拟信号的可行性。     

基于双自适应调节算子的装备作战效能评估方法

为解决某型装备作战效能评估客观性差问题,在分析作战任务基础上构建效能评估指标体系,通过构建改进的效能评估模型,引入双自适应调节算子灵敏反应指标数据波动,确保了指标权重精确度,并通过单个权重和双自适应调节算法权重衡量方法的实例对比,验证了本模型的科学性、准确性.该模型对基础数据要求低,计算相对简便;构建的指标体系全面,较好地反映了评估对象的作战特征;避免了人为因素对指标权重的影响,结论更加客观.研究结果对快速、科学制定作战方案和改进某型装备性能设计有一定的参考意义.     

Fullerene bisadduct stabilizers: The effect of different addition positions on inhibiting the autocatalytic decomposition of nitrocellulose absorbed nitroglycerin

To explore the effect of different positions and number of pyrrolidine bound to the carbon cage on the stabilization effect of fulleropyrrolidine derivatives to nitrocellulose (NC)/nitroglycerine (NG), we synthesized N-(4-methoxy) phenylpyrrolidine-C₆₀ and four different of bis(N-(4-methoxy) phenylpyrrolidine)-C₆₀ compounds through Prato reaction. Their structures were characterized by UV–vis, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, high-resolution mass spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Their stabilization effect to NC/NG were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry, methyl violet, vacuum stabilization effect, weight loss, and accelerating rate calorimeter tests. The results indicated these compounds had excellent stabilization effect to NC/NG. The stabilization effect of the fulleropyrrolidine bisadducts to NC/NG is significantly better than that of fulleropyrrolidine monoadduct and C₆₀. Moreover, the position where pyrrolidine binds to fullerene in fulleropyrrolidine bisadducts is different, and its stabilization effect to NC is also different. The stabilization effect order of different bisadduct isomers to nitrocellulose is as follows: e-edge > trans-2> cis-2> trans-3. Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and FT-IR were used to study the stabilization mechanism of fulleropyrrolidine derivatives to NC/NG. The EPR results also show that fulleropyrrolidine bisadducts with different addition sites have different abilities to absorb nitroxide, and their ability is better than that of the monoadduct and C₆₀, which is consistent with the results of stabilization effect performance test.     

MILITARY EXPENDITURE AND ECONOMIC GROWTH IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES: EVIDENCE FROM SYSTEM GMM ESTIMATES

The effect of military expenditure on economic growth in developing countries has been investigated by many empirical literatures. However, there is little consensus of that effect and the diversity seems to come from the use of different models and different estimators. This article applies the Augmented Solow Growth Model to examine the influence of military expenditure on economic growth for 35 developing countries over the period of 1975–2009. By using the system Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) estimators, empirical results indicate that defence has a negative and significant effect on economic growth in the sample countries.     

高层建筑消防设计有关问题探讨

随着高层建筑的不断涌现,高层建筑火灾也不断发生.针对高层建筑的火灾特点,结合技术法规与实际工程情况,从防火分区划分、消防给水、防排烟系统等几个方面对高层建筑的消防设计进行了探讨.     

南宋四川山地滨江防卫型城池营建研究——以重庆多功城为例

南宋抗蒙斗争时期,四川军民凭借严密的山地滨江网状防御体系成功地抵御了蒙军长达数十年的进攻。为分析、总结这一体系中山地滨江防卫型城池的营建特征,以其中一个重要城池——重庆多功城为代表,从历史沿革、选址、地形地貌、平面布局、周边道路、环境和主要建筑特征等方面进行分析,并结合相关史书资料和其他城池研究成果,总结出南宋四川山地滨江防卫型城池的营建特征:选址依山临水,择险而立;防御设施完善坚固;后勤保障得力。

运用分子场论对金属间化合物Nd_2Fe_(17)Hx(0≤x<5)的磁性分析

将二亚点阵分子场理论(MFT)用于渗氢化合物Nd_2Fe_(17)H_x系列,分析其磁性与温度的关系。通过与实验比较,确定分子场系数n_(RR)、n_(RF)和n_(FF),计算居里温度T_c得到了总磁矩M(T)、交换场H_(Nd)(T)和H_(Fe)(T)随温度变化的关系曲线。计算结果表明,对于渗氢化合物Nd_2Fe_(17)H_(X~y)随着氢含量的增加,引起分子场系数n_(FF)明显增大,同时H_(Nd)、H_(Fe)(T)增大,居里温度T_c相应升高。     

激光远场光斑检测中信号采集与转贮技术研究

设计了16×16面阵靶板多路探测信号的采集与转贮系统电路,用于信号采集及向上位机的传送。系统采用W 77E58为采集电路的CPU,以FT245BM为核心构成USB接口电路,实现了256路信号的快速采集与转贮,较好地解决了对多路探测器实时快速采集和向上位机传送的问题,从而使激光远场光斑测试系统能够实时测量远场光斑的能量分布和变化情况。
