人脸特征定位在油库安全监控中的应用研究

人脸特征定位是人脸检测与识别中的重点与难点,也是研究的热点;而油库安全是油库各项工作的首位,是油库建设和发展的“生命线”,通过人脸检测进行个人身份识别是消除人为不安全因素,保证油库安全的有效措施。在此背景下提出了一种基于人脸图像的对人脸特征进行定位以及提取轮廓的方法,这种方法可以提高人脸特征检测的效率。并把这种方法应用到油库安全监控中,提出了系统的原理与设计,来达到保障油库安全的目的。     

计算机辅助装配公差分析的探讨

探讨了将公差分析纳入到设计过程中,并对设计过程中公差取值进行指导的可行性,在用Pro/E在计算机上进行产品预装配的过程中利用公差分析中的最坏情况分析法、统计分析法、敏感分析法、百分比贡献分析法以及Pro/E软件中的CE/TOL(公差分析)模块对所设计的零件和零件装配的全过程进行公差分析与综合,确定零件的公差在装配过程中影响关键尺寸公差的约束及其敏感度,通过改变个别零件的关键尺寸的公差约束来降低制造成本,减少发生干涉和精度超标的概率,提高装配精度。     

Pressure relief of underground ammunition storage under missile accidental ignition

Safety of underground ammunition storage is an important issue, especially during the accidental ignition of missiles. This work investigates the pressure and temperature distribution of the multi-layer underground ammunition storage with a pressure relief duct during the accidental ignition process of the missile. A large-scale experiment was carried out using a multi-layered restricted space with a pressure relief duct to simulate the underground ammunition store and a solid rocket motor to simulate the accidental ignition of the missile. The results show that when the motor gas mass flow increased by 5.6 times, the maximum pressure of the ammunition storage increased by 5.87 times. At a certain motor flow rate, when the pressure relief exhaust area at the end of the relief duct was reduced by 1/2, the maximum pressure on the first layer did not change. But the rate of pressure relief was reduced and the time delayed for the pressure of ammunition store to drop to zero. In this experiment, when the motor ignition position was located in to the third layer ammunition chamber, the maximum pressure was reduced by 32.9％ and also reduced the rate of change of pressure. In addition, for the experimental conditions, the theoretical analysis of the pressure relief of the ammunition storage is given by a simplified model. Based on the findings, some suggestions to the safety protection design of ammunition store are proposed.     

A concave‐cost production planning problem with remanufacturing options

We focus on the concave‐cost version of a production planning problem where a manufacturer can meet demand by either producing new items or by remanufacturing used items. Unprocessed used items are disposed. We show the NP‐hardness of the problem even when all the costs are stationary. Utilizing the special structure of the extreme‐point optimal solutions for the minimum concave‐cost problem with a network flow type feasible region, we develop a polynomial‐time heuristic for the problem. Our computational study indicates that the heuristic is a very efficient way to solve the problem as far as solution speed and quality are concerned. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 支持向量顺序回归机的线性规划算法

支持向量顺序回归机是标准支持向量分类机的一个推广,它是一个凸的二次规划问题。本文根据l1范数与l2范数等价关系和优化问题的对偶原理,把凸的二次规划转化成线性规划。由此提了支持向量顺序回归机的线性规划算法,进一步用数值实验验证了此算法的可行性和有效性。并与支持向量顺序回归机相比,它的运行时间缩短了,而且误差i不超过支持向量顺序回归机;
