Values for optimum reject allowances

Industrial situations exist where it is necessary to estimate the optimum number of parts to start through a manufacturing process in order to obtain a given number of completed good items. The solution to this problem is not straightforward when the expected number of rejects from the process is a random variable and when there are alternative penalties associated with producing too many or too few items. This paper discusses various aspects of this problem as well as some of the proposed solutions to it. In addition, tables of optimum reject allowances based on a comprehensive model are presented.

YBa_2Cu_3O_x超导薄膜水解前后的XPS分析

本文用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)方法研究了在ZrO_2(100)单晶衬底上用固相反应法制备的YBa_2Cu_3O_x超导薄膜的表面状态,组成和各成份元素的结合能,特别是超导薄膜水解前后表面状态和组成的变化。     

测量聚合物在高应变率下力学性质的实验系统

本文介绍了一种用于测量材料在高应变率下单轴应力─应变性能的实验测量系统：落重与高速摄影实验系统。该系统在现有的落重装置的基础上,增加了高速摄影和应力过程的同时测量,使得在一次实验中可同时取到应力应变数据。从而避免了这类实验中常用的变形过程中体积不变的假设。通过高速实验提供的实验照片,我们还可以观察到聚合物在高应变率下从变形到断裂的发展过程。     

采用空气轴承的大行程快速刀具伺服系统

随着对结构化超精密部件需要的不断增加,出现了加工具有高的表面光洁度以及形状精度的非旋转对称镜片的新技术。根据现有的快速刀具伺服系统,研制出了最大行程为16mm的新型快速刀具伺服系统(图1)。以前的快速刀具伺服系统采用了弹性导向机构,而现在的快速刀具伺服系统则采用了空气轴承,并且用了一个高频直线电机来驱动这个系统。由于采用了一个新的功率放大器,使得这个系统能够最高达到100Hz的频率以及1mm的振动幅度。这篇文章给出了这种新型快速刀具伺服系统的技术细节。

本文对电力系统暂态稳定中的主要随机因素作出合理的假定后,提出了基于临界切除时间的暂态稳定性概率分析方法。这种方法计及电力系统中系统参数的随机性,计算例题表明了其可行性。
