新中国成立后毛泽东国防工程建设思想探析

新中国成立后,国防工程建设成为巩固国防的重要组成部分.毛泽东从战略高度,对国防工程建设进行精心筹划,做出一系列重大决策和指示,指导中国国防工程体系的构建,保证新中国战备与作战任务的完成,并在支援国家经济建设中发挥重要作用.本文从国防工程建设的基本着眼点、主要内容、基本原则等方面,对新中国成立后毛泽东国防工程建设思想进行初步研究.     

A combination of Lagrangian relaxation and column generation for order batching in steelmaking and continuous‐casting production

This article considers the order batching problem in steelmaking and continuous‐casting production. The problem is to jointly specify the slabs needed to satisfy each customer order and group all the slabs of different customer orders into production batches. A novel mixed integer programming model is formulated for the problem. Through relaxing the order assignment constraints, a Lagrangian relaxation model is then obtained. By exploiting the relationship between Lagrangian relaxation and column generation, we develop a combined algorithm that contains nested double loops. At the inner loop, the subgradient method is applied for approximating the Lagrangian dual problem and pricing out columns of the master problem corresponding to the linear dual form of the Lagrangian dual problem. At the outer loop, column generation is employed to solve the master problem exactly and adjust Lagrangian multipliers. Computational experiments are carried out using real data collected from a large steel company, as well as on large‐scaled problem instances randomly generated. The results demonstrate that the combined algorithm can obtain tighter lower bound and higher quality solution within an acceptable computation time as compared to the conventional Lagrangian relaxation algorithm. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Facility location models for immobile servers with stochastic demand

This paper presents several models for the location of facilities subject to congestion. Motivated by applications to locating servers in communication networks and automatic teller machines in bank systems, these models are developed for situations in which immobile service facilities are congested by stochastic demand originating from nearby customer locations. We consider this problem from three different perspectives, that of (i) the service provider (wishing to limit costs of setup and operating servers), (ii) the customers (wishing to limit costs of accessing and waiting for service), and (iii) both the service provider and the customers combined. In all cases, a minimum level of service quality is ensured by imposing an upper bound on the server utilization rate at a service facility. The latter two perspectives also incorporate queueing delay costs as part of the objective. Some cases are amenable to an optimal solution. For those cases that are more challenging, we either propose heuristic procedures to find good solutions or establish equivalence to other well‐studied facility location problems. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 隐蔽锥扫雷达波束的交叉点电平

本文根据隐蔽锥扫雷达天线的工作原理,从方向性函数出发,分析了接收状态下高频馈电网络中,和差信号的幅相特性与隐蔽锥扫波束交叉点电平的关系,从而对不能自动跟踪的隐蔽锥扫雷达,从天馈系统方面分析了原因,并为设计和部队维修提供了理论根据和有效方法。     

多鱼雷攻击多目标的可攻性判据及占位参数优化

本文建立了一套系统解决单艇用多鱼雷攻击多目标的可攻击判据和求解对应优化占位参数的方法。本文的研究中采用了独特的分析坐标系,这样在解决和建立可攻击判据的问题上,不仅避免了繁杂的数值计算,还给出了完备的解析解形式及系统化的概念。所得结论对发展现代潜艇鱼雷攻击战术和实现作战决策科学化具有一定的学术价值和实用意义。     

Kane方程在平面机构动力学中的应用

在平面机构动力学的研究过程中,因其含有闭环结构而使得经典动力学的应用遇到许多麻烦。本文采用近几年发展起来的Kane方程对此进行了研究,给出了任意的平面机构的动力学方程和与之对应的数值计算方法,所得结果程序化。为平面机构的动力学控制与仿真提供了有效的方法。同时使Kane方程得以运用到新的领域。     

求吊声一次搜潜概率的新方法

本文用不同于既往的研究方法,从对目标运动要素散布的分析入手,较合理地假设了目标的运动,进而用数学分析方法推得吊放声纳一次搜潜概率的解析模型。这一模型的突出特点是计算简便、实用性强,各参数的含义一目了然。     

铜及其合金制品的保光耐蚀涂层的研究

本文采用涂有机涂料和使用缓蚀剂的方法来解决铜及其合金的失泽和腐蚀问题。从目前市售的有机涂料中筛选出较好的三种,同时筛选了复合缓蚀剂及其适宜的浓度,以及对缓蚀剂的使用方法问题都作了一定的研究。通过试验获得了一种较好的保光耐蚀涂层,在一般大气条件下可保光耐蚀两年以上,在舰艇机舱内预计可保持在半年以上。本保护涂层具有无毒、施工简便、价廉等优点。     

隐蔽锥扫天线方向函数和增益的计算

本文根据隐蔽锥扫天线的工作原理和口径天线理论,分析了该天线方向函数和增益的计算方法。以某雷达天线为例,按所得公式用计算机计算了该天线的技术参数。经实际测量表明,理论值与测量值基本相符,证明了该计算方法的正确性。     

石化企业地震火灾预防对策的研究

地震是引发石化企业火灾的重要潜在罪魁,且多造成惨重损失,鉴于罕见研究,本文着意对石化企业地震火灾的产生、特点及预防和初期火灾扑救对策作以探讨,以望减少该类火灾危害。
