从严治军是军队建设的铁律。旅团党委是部队建设的“一线指挥部”,应当树立依法指导和开展工作的法制观念,严格职责管理权限,突出作风纪律建设这个重点,把提高部队战斗力作为根本标准,不断增强依法从严治军、加强部队正规化建设的本领。     

A network reformulation of an electric utility expansion planning model

We reformulate a multiperiod capacity expansion model of electric utilities as a network model. We show how to reconstruct the dual solution of the original mathematical program from the network model solution. To formulate the network model, we use information about the properties of the optimal solution of the mathematical program to reduce the number of constraints. The remaining constraints are then readily converted into network constraints. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons. Inc.     

On gamma estimation via matrix kriging

In financial engineering, sensitivities of derivative prices (also known as the Greeks) are important quantities in risk management, and stochastic gradient estimation methods are used to estimate them given the market parameters. In practice, the surface (function) of the Greeks with respect to the underlying parameters is much more desired, because it can be used in real‐time risk management. In this paper, we consider derivatives with multiple underlying assets, and propose three stochastic kriging‐based methods, the element‐by‐element, the importance mapping, and the Cholesky decomposition, to fit the surface of the gamma matrix that can fulfill the time constraint and the precision requirement in real‐time risk management. Numerical experiments are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.     

系统频率偏差对同时全极化测量的影响及其校准

目标极化散射矩阵的精确测量是全极化雷达极化信息处理的前提和基础。基于正负线性调频信号,针对采用数字解线性调频处理的同时全极化测量体制雷达,分别推导了雷达中频频率偏差和采样频率偏差对同时全极化测量影响的数学模型,提出一种雷达中频频偏和采样频偏的联合估计与校准方法。仿真和实测数据表明：雷达系统频率稳定度会引起不同通道极化测量结果峰值位置和相对相位的变化,采用所提方法能够有效校正峰值偏移,补偿相位误差,提高目标极化散射矩阵测量的精度。     

电扫偶极子相控阵天线的空域极化特性分析

推导了偶极子线性阵列和平面相控阵天线在空域波束电扫时辐射场的极化特性,建立了数学模型。计算结果和仿真分析表明:偶极子相控阵天线辐射场在空域扫描各个波位的极化特性并不一致,是具有一定差异的,当待测目标的方向偏离天线电轴方向时,所接收到的电波极化状态也会随偏离电轴的方向和仰角而改变。该结论对于现代电子战中相控阵天线系统的精确建模与仿真具有重要意义,对于研究和利用天线的极化特性进行雷达极化抗干扰技术是非常必要的。     

极化域-空域联合估计在反辐射导弹抗诱偏中的应用研究

提出了将极化阵列应用到反辐射导引头上,导引头利用目标与诱饵的极化差异,采用极化域-空域联合估计方法抗诱偏。首先,利用波达方向矩阵法,估算出雷达与诱饵的空间二维到达角和极化参数,将估算出来的二维到达角信息为反辐射导引头提供导引,极化参数用来鉴别雷达与诱饵,从而达到抗诱偏的目的。然后,结合导弹运动方程及导引方程对反辐射导弹抗三点源诱偏进行了全弹道数字仿真,并且采用Monte-Carlo方法对全弹道仿真进行了多次实验,仿真结果证明了将极化域-空域联合估计应用于反辐射导引头抗诱偏的可行性。     

国民经济动员潜力的多元统计分析

选取了国民经济动员潜力的14个总指标进行因子分析,计算出各地区因子得分,并据此对各地区进行单项和综合因子排名,然后用聚类分析法将综合因子进行聚类,得出各地区潜力情况及分类,并就地区潜力进行了分析。     

Determination of suppliers' optimal quantity discount schedules with heterogeneous buyers

Although the quantity discount problem has been extensively studied in the realm of a single supplier and a single buyer, it is not well understood when a supplier has many different buyers. This paper presents an analysis of a supplier's quantity discount decision when there are many buyers with different demand and cost structures. A common discrete all‐unit quantity discount schedule with many break points is used. After formulating the model, we first analyze buyers' responses to a general discrete quantity discount schedule. This analysis establishes a framework for a supplier to formulate his quantity discount decision. Under this framework, the supplier's optimal quantity discount schedule can be formulated and solved by a simple non‐linear programming model. The applicability of the model is discussed with an application for a large U.S. distribution network. © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
