疏水性纳米TiO2制备及其在菜籽油中的摩擦磨损性能

以纳米TiO2为原料、硬脂酸为表面改性剂,通过超声反应制备了疏水性纳米TiO2（SA-TiO2）;采用扫描电子显微镜（SEM）、红外光谱仪及接触角测量仪对其微结构进行了表征。以SA-TiO2为润滑油添加剂,在四球试验机上考察了其在菜籽油中的摩擦磨损性能,并利用SEM观察钢球表面磨斑形貌,用能谱仪（EDS）和X射线光电子能谱仪（XPS）分析了钢球表面磨斑的化学成分。结果表明：SA-TiO2为疏水性单分散球状颗粒,其平均直径约为20 nm;SA-TiO2能够提高菜籽油的抗磨减摩性能,当SA-TiO2的质量分数为1%,菜籽油的抗磨减摩性能达到最佳;钢球表面磨斑的EDS和XPS分析表明,纳米微粒在钢球摩擦表面形成了一层含菜籽油和SA-TiO2的吸附膜,在摩擦剪切作用下,发生摩擦化学反应生成了一层含钛、铁氧化物的边界润滑膜,这种边界润滑膜起到了良好的润滑作用。     

干扰条件下防空兵通信装备系统效能分析

为研究干扰条件下防空兵通信装备系统效能,在ADC模型的基础上构建了ADCF系统效能模型,并结合实例对模型进行了仿真分析.仿真结果显示,该模型能较好反映敌方干扰对通信装备系统效能的影响.提出了干扰条件下提高防空兵通信装备系统效能的措施.     

PXI计算机在一体化多模式发控系统中的应用

针对一体化火控系统的特殊性,提出了基于PXI计算机的发控技术,介绍了PXI总线计算机在一体化火控系统中的设计理念及其在一体化火控系统中的功能实现.应用表明,PXI计算机在火控系统测控领域具有广阔的应用前景.     

某小型武器稳定系统的建模及仿真

针对某小型武器稳定系统稳定精度差的问题,构建了其控制系统的数学模型,通过仿真施加试验台架扰动信号,对现系统采用的传统PID控制器进行仿真计算,得到其动态稳定精度,并把得到的和定型试验稳定精度数据对应的外扰模拟信号作为改造后系统的标准扰动输入,对线性自抗扰控制器进行了比对仿真研究.仿真结果表明,系统采用线性自抗扰控制器具有响应速度快、稳定精度高、抗扰能力强的优点.这一方法得到的仿真结果和实车具有较高一致性,可以有效解决实车参数调试困难的问题.     

浅谈人民防空商业建筑疏散设计

人民防空地下商业建筑已向多元化的现代商业综合体发展,规模日趋庞大,其防火设计研究极为重要,而安全疏散设计是防火设计中的重中之重。结合人民防空地下商业建筑安全疏散设计要点,进行安全疏散设计的有关探讨,以保证火灾时人员利用安全出口进行疏散,最大限度地保障人身安全。

边疆多民族地区大学生主流文化认同的调查与分析——以新疆高校为例

公本文从社会主义核心价值体系认同、执政党认同、理论认同、民族认同四个维度对大学生主流文化认同进行调查分析,结果显示,大学生主流文化认同总体是积极向上的,但也存在不平衡性和差异,主流文化认同面临严峻挑战。加强对大学生群体主流文化认同教育,引导大学生树立正确的国家观、民族观、文化观,对边疆多民族地区未来发展和国家安全十分重要。     

Marketing Systems and Insurgency in Western Guatemala

Guatemala is a nation with a history of severe political and socioeconomic problems. These crises contributed to the growth and durability of insurgent movements, which from 1961 to 1996 were endemic in certain regions of the nation, particularly western Guatemala. This paper examines insurgent activity in the four marketing subsystems described by Smith1 ?1. Smith, ‘Marketing Systems’, pp. 117–46. found in western Guatemala: dendritic, primate, top-heavy and interlocking. Peasants are said to be severely disadvantaged in the dendritic marketing systems, disadvantaged in primate markets, and relatively capable of making a decent living in top-heavy and interlocking systems. If this is so, support for system changing revolutionary movements should predictably be highest in dendritic systems, significant in primate systems, and only marginal in top-heavy and interlocking systems. An examination of the political-military situation in western Guatemala from 1976 to 1996 supports this thesis.     

具有时变时间延迟的混沌保密通信同步方法研究

针对固定时间延迟及时变时间延迟系统,提出了同步控制方案,在实现同步后能有效解决传输时延对保密通信的影响.利用线性矩阵不等式方法设计了同步控制器,应用Lyapunov方法分析了同步误差的收敛性,并运用Schur补引理证明了全局渐近稳定点的存在.     

THE HARD CASES

Many countries received Soviet-origin highly enriched uranium (HEU) for civilian nuclear research purposes. Because of inadequate nuclear security at a number of the research sites, U.S. policy has sought to remove or otherwise safely dispose of their HEU stocks as quickly as possible. Although the pace of HEU disposition has accelerated significantly in recent years, several sites have posed formidable technical, economic, and political challenges. This article identifies the major obstacles to HEU removal at two key installations—Kharkiv in Ukraine, and Sosny in Belarus—and recommends a strategy for overcoming these impediments. Key components for a successful disposition strategy include: treating these cases with the urgency they deserve, expanding potential compensation packages, explicitly addressing the institutional and political issues involved, engaging high-level political leaders, working with third parties, and promoting these efforts as part of a nondiscriminatory initiative to phase out HEU in the civilian nuclear sector globally.
