高频相移整流器的开关函数分析法

利用开关函数建立了描述高频相移整流器输入输出关系的开关传递函数矩阵,并以此为基础分析了系统在对称和非对称情况下,对高频相移整流器的影响,仿真结果验证了理论分析结论的正确性。

简单离心喷油器的试验研究(Ⅱ)——雾化角的计算

本文以实际雾化片为研究对象,在实测雾化角的基础上,分别分析研究了雾化角与雾化片的主要几何尺寸:切向油槽当量半径、旋转半径和喷口半径之间的变化关系。利用这些关系组成了一个决定雾化角大小的雾化角特性数A_(wj),并导出了计算公式。最后,分析了雾化角特性数A_(wj)与几何特性数A的物理意义与区别。     

硫二甘醇及其相关氧化产物的硅烷化衍生反应条件优化及应用

研究了衍生气相色谱法测定芥子气的降解产物硫二甘醇、硫二甘醇亚砜和硫二甘醇砜的方法,并对影响衍生反应的溶剂、温度、时间和衍生试剂用量进行了优化,该法操作简便、灵敏度高。     

海蛇神经毒素Erabutoxin（Eb）的基因在大肠杆菌中的表达研究

为满足科研和医学应用上的需要,用基因工程的方法制备海蛇神经毒素。首先人工合成海蛇神经毒素Erabutoxin（Eb）的基因,重组到T载体。通过PCR扩增Eb基因,用限制性内切酶把基因片段酶切成黏性末端,然后将目标基因插入表达载体pPET22b（＋）,电转重组质粒到宿主菌BL21（DE3）,在25℃0．5mmol／L IPTG诱导培养8h收获培养物,SDS-PAGE电泳检测目标蛋白大部分存在于包涵体中,用8mol／L尿素溶解后,利用C末端的His-6与Ni^2＋离子亲和层析纯化,得到单一的电泳蛋白带。

近日,根据家父遗著所提供的线索,到国家图书馆查阅山东抗日根据地军民攻克鲁南重镇临沂的有关资料,收获颇丰,其中一些资料弥足珍贵.如:1945年9月13日,延安<解放日报>在头版头条报道<鲁中鲁南滨海腹地全部解放我军光复临沂日照>;14日,山东<大众日报>也在头版报道<我军英勇猛攻解放临沂>;17日<大众曰报>头版报道<我解放临沂的大军举行光荣的入城阅兵式>;18日<大众日报>又报道<临沂前线指挥部、政治部欢宴解放临沂的指战员>,其中特别提到:"(新华社山东分社临沂前线随军记者报道)在我军解放临沂的第四天(九月十四日)下午二时许,临沂前线指挥部、政治部假临沂中学、德国天主教堂召开六七百人盛大宴会,欢宴此次参战部队所有连以上指挥员和战士代表.     

Optimal inventory and dynamic admission policies for a retailer of seasonal products with affiliate programs and drop‐shipping

This article investigates the optimal inventory and admission policies for a “Clicks‐and‐Bricks” retailer of seasonal products that, in addition to selling through its own physical and online stores, also sells through third‐party websites by means of affiliate programs. Through postings on partners' webpages, an affiliate program allows a retailer to attract customers who would otherwise be missed. However, this retailer needs to pay a commission for each sale that originates from the website operators participating in the program. The retailer may also refer online orders to other sources (such as distributors and manufacturers) for fulfillment through a drop‐shipping agreement and thus earns commissions. This would be an option when, for example, the inventories at the physical stores were running low. Therefore, during the selling horizon, the retailer needs to dynamically control the opening/closing of affiliate programs and decide on the fulfillment option for online orders. On the basis of a discrete‐time dynamic programming model, the optimal admission policy of the retailer is investigated in this paper, and the structural properties of the revenue function are characterized. Numerical examples are given to show the revenue impact of optimal admission control. The optimal initial stocking decisions at the physical stores are also studied. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 混沌优化AHP-FCE在舰船招标工程评价中的应用

舰船招标工程的关键问题是如何选择合理的评标方法,以确定最优的承包商。为此,直接根据单评价指标相对隶属度的模糊评价矩阵,对层次分析法中的判断矩阵进行构造,并用该判断矩阵确定各评价指标权重和中标商。以判断矩阵的一致性指标系数为目标函数,给出了用混沌优化算法检验和修正判断矩阵一致性和计算判断矩阵各要素权重的模糊综合评价模型(AHP-FCE)。实例表明:该方法通用合理,计算结果客观可靠,能够较好地解决传统评价方法缺乏理论依据、修正标准无法保证原判断矩阵为最优以及只能修正判断矩阵的个别元素等问题。
