现代防空体系中三层作战问题研究

对现代防空体系中三道防线的基本概念和三层作战的任务区分进行了讨论,然后围绕如何对现代防空作战做三层部署展开了论述。首先概述了第一层作战中远程破击的必要性并进一步提出了抗击预警机的主要战法,然后在关于第二层作战问题上重点通过数学建模的方法,对地空导弹距离保卫目标的最佳配置距离进行了研究,最后对第三层作战防空兵作战部署形式及方法进行了讨论,为指挥员进行正确战斗部署提供了一定的参考。     

加肋凹锥-环-柱结合壳结构参数分析

采用分区样条等参元法,分析了加肋凹锥 环 柱结合壳的应力和稳定性特点,研究了各项结构参数变化对结合壳应力和稳定性的影响,认为加肋凹锥 环 柱结合壳能有效降低锥柱结合部的纵向弯曲应力,但对于降低环向应力效果有限,建议在环壳段中部增加一档肋骨;半锥角的凹结合壳越大,嵌入环壳段的优势越明显;增大环壳与柱壳半径比可以有效降低环壳段中部的纵向弯曲应力.

Influence of a liquid-filled compartment structure on the incoming shaped charge jet stability

Liquid-filled compartment structure consists of a bulk steel plate with matrix blind holes which are filled with liquid and a steel front plate to seal up the liquid with rings and bolts.The liquid-filled compart-ment structure can resist the shaped charge warhead effectively.This paper presents experimental and theoretical investigations of the penetration ability of the residual shaped charge jet emerging from the liquid-filled compartment structure after the penetration process at different impact angles.On the basis of shock wave propagation theory,the influence of the liquid-filled compartment structure on jet sta-bility is analysed.The interferences of the liquid backflow caused by a reflected shock wave and a back plate on jet stability under different impact angles are also examined.In addition,the range of the disturbed velocity segments of the jet at different impact angles and the penetration ability of the re-sidual jet are obtained.A theoretical model is validated against the experimental penetration depths.     

战术级空地联合行动空域管控:空中"红绿灯"技术

随着装备、体系的不断进步,未来战争呈现多兵种联合作战的趋势,空地协同联合作战成为主流,战术级空域管控技术的研究至关重要.通过对传统空域管控技术的优缺点进行分析,提出了战术级空中"红绿灯"空域管控技术.通过对空域切分、"空中"红绿灯运转流程以及系统防碰撞的研究,形成了完整的战术级空域管控方法.提高空域利用率、时效性的同时,为我军进行战场空域管控提供了参考.     

基于Fuzzy-AHP的武器装备作战试验鉴定指标体系评估

针对武器装备作战试验鉴定指标多,结构复杂的特点,系统分析了作战试验重点环节和影响因素,构建了装备作战试验鉴定指标体系内容,通过综合运用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法(Fuzzy)确定不同层级指标体系权重,并分层级进行多次模糊评价,得到最终的综合评价结果,为决策者建立评估武器装备试验指标体系提供了建设性的指导意见.     

水陆坦克双功率转换装置改进及应用分析

某型水陆坦克功率转换装置存在着操作不便的缺陷,影响了其机动性.为解决上述问题,在对相关技术进行深入研究的基础上,提出了采用电磁换向进行液压控制的双功率转换装置代替原有功率转换装置,并进行了台架和实车试验.试验表明,采用液压控制双功率转换装置,不仅提高了水陆坦克车辆操纵的灵活性和机动性,还彻底解决了以往驾驶员必须停车才能进行功率转换的被动局面.     

The impact of manufacturer rebates on supply chain profits

Manufacturer rebates are commonly used as price discount tools for attracting end customers. In this study, we consider a two‐stage supply chain with a manufacturer and a retailer, where a single seasonal product faces uncertain and price‐sensitive demand. We characterize the impact of a manufacturer rebate on the expected profits of both the manufacturer and the retailer. We show that unless all of the customers claim the rebate, the rebate always benefits the manufacturer. Our results thus imply that “mail‐in rebates,” where some customers end up not claiming the rebate, particularly when the size of the rebate is relatively small, always benefit the manufacturer. On the other hand, an “instant rebate,” such as the one offered in the automotive industry where every customer redeems the rebate on the spot when he/she purchases a car, does not necessarily benefit the manufacturer. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 狭长空间火灾区域模型研究

计算机仿真模拟方法在性能化防火设计中扮演重要角色。区域模型方法有其独有的优势,其对计算机硬件要求较低,计算结果与实验结果符合的较好。以CFAST为代表的区域模型方法软件得到了广泛应用。CFAST被禁止应用于狭长空间的火灾模拟。通过对狭长空间进行一定的空间分割,得到了与实际基本相符的结果,从而进一步拓展了CFAST软件的使用范围。
